Pros:

Emplacement parfait. 10 min de la plage et 30 minutes du centre historique ( 5 minutes en taxi pour 3€/). Le ménage est fait et les draps changés tous les 2 jours, ce qui n'est pas courant lorsqu'on loue un appartement. Le matériel de cuisine est plutôt basique, mais c'est le cas partout à Odessa.
Vraiment pas déçu.

Чудово
Pros:

Чудове розташування, сховище на 0 поверсі будинку. Гарна студія, акуратно, чисто, просторо, є тераса з видом на басейн з вечірнім підсвічуванням. На кухні все необхідне, включаючи спеції та олію. Є москітна сітка. Недалеко море, "Компот" зі смачною кухнею і випічкою, який працює з 7 ранку. Приємне спілкування, проблеми вирішуються моментально. Дуже ввічливі господарі і консьєржи, можна лишити речі ще до заселення.

Pros:

Сподобалося розташування апартаментів. Дуже затишне місце, тихе. Одразу спуск до моря, легкий, гарні пляжі, траса здоров'я. Ми були зі своїми велосипедами, було де їх залишити під наглядом. Також мали своє місце для паркування авто. В апартаментах достатньо простору, дві просторі кімнати і великий балкон з видом у двір і на басейн. Басейном можна було користвуватися. Кухня з усім обладнанням для приготування їжі, чаю чи кави. В номері була пральна машинка. Задоволені перебуванням тут. Зручно швидко спуститися до моря за 10 хвилин, щоб зустріти незабутній світанок. Рекомендую!

Cons:

В апартаментах меблі і речі вже дещо застарілі. Але все було достатньо чистим. Ремонт не сучасний, але ніяких пошкоджень чи плям не було. В складках дивану і під деякими меблями була шерсть тварин. З улюбленцями тут відпочивати дозволено, тому, напевно, ок. Для наших стандартів чистоти це не норма. Розташування помешкання переважило якісь незвичні для нас нюанси. Враження від відпочинку нічого не затьмарило. Дякую!

Персонал.Приїхали рано, нас поселили

Cons:

Были с 13.07 по 19.07,взагалі не прибирали. Сама намагалася підтримувати чистоту. Дозвольте, але не за такі гроші!. Обіцяних фруктів теж не спостерігалось

Pros:

Отримали велике задоволення перебуваючи в цьому помешканні. Апартаменти дуже зручні, мають вигляд краще ніж на фото. Дуже чисто, тихо, просторо. Є все необхідне. Близько до моря, поруч є гарні кафе, до центра можна дійти пішки.
Окреме дякую за зустріч і ранішнє заселення. Обовʼязково повернемося, дякую)

Good place for a short term vacation
Pros:

Nice location (300 meters to the health alley and a little bit more to the sea), kind manager Elena, 2 bottles of mineral water as a welcome gift. The terrace with a yard view, swimming pool will be opened in June.

Cons:

There was a noise in the yard because of preparing the yard for the summer season, but the manager asked for apologies about it. It was not annoying for us during our stay, but it may be a problem for other guests.
