Близьке розташування до території Деренівської

Cons:

Зливова каналізація була забита, готель обʼєктивно старенький, і номери відповідно. Саме спа в Ірисі далекувато (хоча це вказано в описанні). В спа один басейн, хотіло ся б щоб він був тепліший (28 градусів був, то прохолодний). І одна баня. Тому співвідношення ціна-якість-отримана послуга на 3+.
Із переваг, неймовірна територія, достатньо смачні сніданки, і меню в Ірисі дуже смачне і якісне )
