После подтверждения бронирования отель сообщил, что не может гарантировать наличие горячей воды в номере. Для нас это принципиальное условие, о возможных перебоях с которым не сообщалось заранее.
В связи с этим мы отказались от заезда. Дополнительно была оплачена услуга позднего заселения напрямую отелю. Просим содействия в возврате всех оплаченных средств, так как услуга не была оказана, а условия проживания изменились!

Всегда останавливаюсь в этом жк,место идеальное,безопасность,сами апартаменты светлые,уютные.Заселение без лишних вопросов,все автономно.
Были небольшие нюансы по ванной комнате(к ее чистоте) но в целом все было замечательно !

Готель знаходиться у дуже комфортному ЖК, багато закладів на території та близько до метро.
Звукоізоляція не дуже, сусідів було чути пів ночі, ніби вони зі мною в кімнаті.. але це людський фактор, бо при бронюванні закликають до тиші, тому до готелю претензій немає
