It was a fine place to stay for 3 nights, but not worth the money.
Pros:

It was on the Gulf and close to Destin restaurants.

Cons:

It felt like a tired place. Elevator light broken the whole time we were there, pizza box on the ground of the 4th floor elevator area not picked up for 2.5 days. Even saw a cleaning person walk right by it…

Beautiful stay, quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

The condo was beautiful and quiet. Wonderful location and views. Accommodations were as promised.

Cons:

Security was a little rude at times. The elevators are being remodeled and the new one they have done closes its doors too quickly.

The elevators were very scary. The north ones weren’t working and they were having trouble with the main ones.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Property had all of the amenities needed.

Cons:

Way too crowded. Rentable umbrellas and chairs on top of one another. Too close. And be careful, security will question your every move. Can’t go here, can’t go there. Even walking on the beach I saw security ask folks for their wristbands.

Amazing Condo!
Pros:

Pelican Beach is a family favorite! Room was beautiful, as described, and CLEAN! Security is also very attentive! Would definitely recommend, especially for families.
