Just what we needed.
Pros:

The best part was the view of the beach. My wife and I really the view and access to the beach.

Cons:

The complex could use some reaching and upgrading; however I believe they may have been working on it.

Our stay was perfect and we highly recommend this unit.
Pros:

The location was perfect and the owner was so responsive. You have to see this condo to appreciate what you get. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Cons:

The condo property is under a major renovation and it will take time to bring it all back to match Lonnie's unit.

Perfect location very close to the beach, lovely equipped, communication before arrival has been really perfect (WhatsApp chat). 1st floor of apartment building (check in services available), balcony with unobstructed view to beach area. Thanks for the perfect stay (2 nights)!

Cons:

Published pictures of (seperated) bedroom (double bed due to US standards, for
European guests as us much more than ok) could be better, short hint about check in fees might be helpful.

Sweet short stay and location
Pros:

Location was great and the room was clean and we had enough supplies needed for the stay.

Cons:

I found the master bedroom mattress not firm enough and had to sleep on other beds.. the twin beds need some air circulation as there was none there.. if we could adjust the fan speed in the living room that will help

Pros:

Fantastic location, super clean inside the apt and had everything we needed, great communication with administrator, lovely pool, good value!

Cons:

Construction on neighboring units made for a bit of noise at times and also no access to laundry facilities in our building (due to construction, so not permanent)

Nice condo
Pros:

The condo was the very end unit facing the ocean which was great! It was very clean and decorated very cute. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Communication with the owner and staff was excellent.

Cons:

We visited Corpus Christi for the first time in mid November. It's very obvious that Corpus is a summer destination not a winter one. The weather was chilly and windy and there were hardly any people around. The restaurants nearby were very slow and food was just ok. It was very underwhelming to say the least. But I guess that's the way it is in November.
The condo building is old and needs a lot of work They balcony was sagging so it was hard to sit up straight in the chairs. They were doing some renovations on parts of the building while we were there so no water for half a day and lots of noise. No biggie. The whole building needs structural work and a face lift.
That being said, it's on the beach so I am sure it's constant work and would take a lot of money to keep it looking nice but it still could use a major overhaul.
