Pros:

location.. it had everything we wanted, the kitchen was equipped, loved having access to the Westin Facilities and golf at many courses.
it was great having everything close but quite.

Cons:

the only thing: the beds could use replacing.
the king bed was squeaky. everything else was great

Pros:

Location of unit and Westin’s facility and golf package

Cons:

They locked the gate in the parking garage going to the pool. Had to carry beach chairs and umbrella through the Westin lobby. The cleaning crew completed the cleaning and was inspected and we had to wait over 45 minutes to get the code from the Westin to get in after calling over five times and being told they would forward code , last call they advised me they sent message twice to phone and email, I was able to get the code directly from the person on the phone and was able to get in. I would rather rent directly from owner than going thru the Westin. Due to construction we were unable to rent directly from the owner we normally rent a 3 bedroom for less. We love HH and go there 4 to 6 weeks a year.
