Pros:

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable.
Beach was literally steps away.
Short drive to both Deerfield and Pompano restaurants and attractions.
Friendly and attentive staff. Ella and her crew run a tight ship, which was especially appreciated during the spring break weeks.

Cons:

Resort is badly in need of a new roof. Rust from the old drip edges have spoiled the new paint job.

Fantastic beachfront stay with a lovely staff
Cons:

The bed was super hard, and while I appreciated that they had a housekeeper that would change out your trash and towels, I usually just like to be left alone on vacation.

If you are looking for a quiet vacation with beautiful view of the ocean then Sunrise Ocean Suites is perfect!
Unit was clean and fully equipped
Beach shuttle to local restaurants was super handy

Cons:

Exterior of the buildings could use some TLC, fresh coat of paint on the eaves and railings would really improve the exterior appearance ; otherwise the outside property and pool area was immaculate

Peaceful vacation with outstanding views of the ocean.
Pros:

We needed a quiet getaway to decompress and this place did not disappoint! Gorgeous views of the ocean from every window, a private balcony facing the water, a peaceful beach and a perfect little unit that was updated, clean and pretty. The grounds were impeccably maintained and the beach was clean and quiet. Nice restaurants and other amenities close by and an easy drive from the airport. Wonderful staff here, too.

Pros:

Pretty much everything except the air conditioning unit in the bedroom. The room was very nice and the view was absolutely amazing!

Cons:

The air conditioning was loud and the one in the bedroom was to close to the bed. It blew cold air on me all night. It would be nice if it was up high like the one in the living room area.
