Really good amenities for a family! We had our 8-year-old grandson with us and there was lots of ways to stay active! There are several pools, an arcade, tennis courts, and a gym! The poolside restaurant was really good and the location is excellent. It is a short drive to great dining and stores for supplies. The hosts provided beach gear (wagon, chairs, cooler, toys), multiple games, and there are 3 TVs! The hosts provided detailed information in advance which made the process smooth.
There wasn't anything we didn't like! We will stay here again!
I like the theme and overall decoration of the apartment, the actual property as in, the resort, I’m considering as a separate entity, but I’ll give my thoughts on that as well. The apartment itself was very clean, very well organized, and decorated with a coastal theme, the furniture was made up of very nice high end items. The appliances were all nearly new state-of-the-art appliances.
The owner (I believe that’s who I was messaging) was super helpful when my door lock code that the app gave me didn’t work originally. They responded instantly and I was able to get the correct code within a few minutes when I arrived. They responded just as fast a few minutes later when I couldn’t find the storage locker I was looking for. They were also very polite and informative with all the info i would need up front , before I needed it. Which is impressive considering I literally booked this within minutes of arriving at the resort.
They also provided much needed stuff that would usually be a hassle to travel with or expensive to buy. Like floaties, beach wagons etc. one of those wagons does need to be thrown out but the other one was brand new. They also included tennis balls and rackets in the storage locker, along with lots of toys to build a sand mansion. (Good luck finding the locker though. The owner tried to help but it still took an hour)
The resort itself is located near the beach. It’s about a ten minute walk to the private beach area. There is a restaurant / bar on the beach that’s affiliated with the resort. And the beach itself was not overly crowded at all like it is in most popular tourist destinations. They have lots of places to wash off between the beach and resort also. A volleyball net, a swing on the side of the boardwalk that’s surrounded by marsh. And the condos that line the beach, look like actual monopoly houses on a painted sky.
The size- we booked this very last minute so I don’t blame this on anyone but us. There were two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two bunk beds. It would’ve been great if it were like a couple and their kids. We had 5 adults and two babies with us, so that forced the adults who all have different sleeping habits into one bedroom together, and it is an apartment. So we were practically on top of each other on the common-space. Again, i don’t blame anyone but us for not investigating it farther, but if I were traveling with just my kids it would be perfect. If you have a group of adults that don’t normally live together, sleeping together on bunk beds is a bit weird lol.
I didn’t like the resort at all actually, the layout means you walk great distances to get to anything outside of the apartment. If you smoke I wouldn’t go there at all to be honest. The few smoking areas they have (you can’t even smoke outside) are back in the areas of the corners and hidden areas. It almost makes you feel like you’re being punished for being a smoker. To walk from the apartment to the closest smoking section was a 10 min walk. All the smoking sections seem to be next to lagoons so at night it’s scary, I kept feeling like I was going to be eaten.
Also, it just seems like there are so many rules to everything. That resort has an absurd number of signs posted, literally every 2 feet there is a sign that tells you not to do something. You can’t smoke outside. You can’t feed wildlife. Alligators. Don’t walk here. Don’t breathe there. It’s ridiculous really. I understand the need for the rules but the overuse of the signs is obnoxious.
The resort entry desk/shack employees couldn’t find my reservation for a few minutes. They used my last name and saw the reservation. They even asked my maiden name? Not sure why. But then they found it with just my first name which was confusing.
Great location: closest condo to the beach, about 5 mins walk, or there is also a golf-cart shuttle :)
There is a nice pool right at the door, if you are too tired to go to the beach
At the beach there is a beachbar with beach-food and drinks: no need to leave the beach though the day.
Condo was nice, well equipped, clean.
The interior of the condo is a bit overcrowded with decor, and most of the furniture is dark wood or dark leather, which makes the place feel smaller, than it is actually.
Sometimes the music from the poolbar is louder than ideal, but they always switch it off for the night: no parties there, nothing to worry about.
comfy furniture, nice vibe, nice televisions, AC worked well
bathroom was a little small and felt cramped at the sink. Could have been a little cleaner. There were too many people for the pool. We never went to the pool it was so crowded. We never could find the beach buggy and chairs that were supposed to be available. Too many people for one small elevator.
The host couldn't have been more helpful! He quickly answered any questions I had! The condo was spacious and was updated. The beach was very nice. We enjoyed using the beach cart, swimming at the pool, and eating at Coco's on the beach!
When we arrived, the bed sheets, pillows, and comforter had a lot of hair in them, but I contacted the host, and he had the cleaning service come clean the condo. We checked the bed again and it was much better!
Very comfortable unit and is in a great location. Many extras like coffee, dishwasher soaps etc…
Just note that the second bedroom has 4 single beds. Great for a family but just a note for two couples.
Very nice, clean
The condo was nice and clean. My son and I enjoyed the Keurig coffee in the mornings.

Lots of places to go to, at first we were skeptical about the place but fell in love with the place. The pool and indoor pool were incredible, the sauna was the best for us. We really recommend this place. Don’t hesitate press the button and come.
Everything was clean and convenient, the staff was nice and professional, and it felt like home away from home!
It was very beautiful and everyone was very welcoming and nice
The ONLY thing I didn’t like was the fitness center. But, I do understand most people don’t workout on vacation and it isn’t a big priority.
