Exactly what I needed for the few days in Hai Phong.
The bed was very comfy and the shower room came with shower gel and shampoo and a strong shower head.
Perfect location for what I needed. English is not necessarily the first language of the staff/reception but all good.
Had my laundry washed twice and it was done on the day. Clean hotel near lots of restaurants and shops.
