I booked the hotel via Booking.com with confirmation, in the weekend, but on the day we are on the road, when we message them though the booking.com app the timing we will arrive, We got the message back that they do not have the rooms for our group, and later send me some info on other hotels that we can search, it was on the weekend and most of our favorite hotels are all booked. It was an unprofessional managing guests and unresponsible. Its ok to secure our reservation, but on booking.com it stated that payment would be paid at the hotel, no prompt payment available.
Its just that. Luckily we dont have problem with reservation on other hotel with same booking.com

Когда я хотела поставить вещи наверх шкафа, то была пыль и наверху окна в ванной комнате. И мне не нравится, когда вода в ванной комнате льется по полу. За целый день видела только уборщицу и все.

Phòng rộng sạch . Thoải mái , giá thành rẻ nhưng chất lượng tốt.
Dù thời tiết đà lạt khá mát nhưng phòng có thêm chiếc quạt nữa thì ok . Buổi trưa hơi nóng.
