Current rating I think reflects the hotel's quality well. Everything is transparent and clear.
The hotel room is good, the location is however a bit far away from the beach.
The elevator is quite wet and dirty at times, could be because the swimming pool in in the ground floor and after swimming people go up using elevator

Very crowded and noisy.
Very friendly guy who runs the hotel. Early checkin was okay. We needed chairs, no problem. We could use their washing machine. Breakfast is okay, he will get a fresh banh mi for you. Room and balcony spacious.
Beds are hard and couldnt use the pool because it was not cleaned (cockroaches and other insect in the pool). Location is okay if you have motorbike. Its on a park. Nothing else to do.
