Pros:

The setup and atmosphere

Cons:

Communication with your employees can improve a lot, me getting phoned and interrogated for items left in the fridge that I have made arrangements with tenants that I met and became friend with.

Pros:

The neatness and regular housekeeping
Was very spacious, lots of cupboards, space in rooms.
Very secured environment

Cons:

There were no towels for 3days consecutively
There is no TV 😞 we sat in boredom
Place has no air ventilators, it was very hot inside had to always keep windows open and that invited insects inside and there were lots of cockroaches in the rooms but though the place is clean
