The lady n her daughter they DD help us check in smoothly.it was raining on the arrival day by Dy DD allow us to us 1 apartment while we still waiting for the other one's

Comfortable stay, just need a bit of TLC.
Pros:

The property is close to the mall and to Grand West where we needed to be.

Cons:

The bathrooms really need a revamp. Some areas look dirty and a bit outdated. The couch on the porch is not clean.

The location is perfect - excess to the mall.
Safe.
Beautiful surrounding.

Cons:

After the rainstorm, two of the excess point (doors) were NOT working - and within 5 days nothing changed; it was not repaired.

Pros:

Since arriving we were guided and informed from the security at the gate until our room, checking in with a very helpful and amazing staff member Alfred.
Room was beautifully, loved our viee

Cons:

Kitchen blinds were broken/bended ..did not look nice
Both our toilets were dirty...floors and showers was not clean properly and .then broken tiles
