Unacceptable Conditions at 14 on Marine

There was NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT THIS ACCOMODATION!

Cons:

I had a very unpleasant stay at 14 on Marine Hotel in East London. The room was extremely dirty, the fridge was not working and had defrosted, leaving the entire mat soaking wet. There were small cockroaches in the bathroom and shower, and a strange smell coming from the balcony door. Overall, this place was horrible to stay at and I would not recommend it.

I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF 14 ON MARINE AGAIN, AND NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!

Pros:

The basin(sink) was okay.

Cons:

There were cockroaches, the room service was horrible, there’s no heaters/ electric blankets and yet the blankets were like we were in prison.

Definetly worth it
Pros:

Loved that it was secure and the staff were friendly and helpful. The towels, soaps, bedding and place was cleaned daily
