Pros:

Accueil parfait, la réceptionniste Gabrielle, très agréable.
Place de parking privée, c'est top.
Résidence très calme

Cons:

L'odeur dans la cage d'escalier.
La salle de bain n'est pas agréable, cabine de douche petite, le réglage de l'eau compliqué. Salle de bain à refaire

Le personnel très sympathique malgré que j'ai attendu 30 mn quand je suis arrivé.
Appartement très propre et conforme à ce qui est dit.
Très bien situé.
Les lits sont très confortables. Il y avait longtemps que je n'avais pas aussi bien dormi 🤣.

Cons:

Le seul reproche que je fais c'est que l'extérieur n'était pas très propre. Beaucoup d'herbe avait poussé.
Le bac de douche est également beaucoup trop petit. Une personne de forte corpulence ne rentre pas dans la douche.

Accueil très agréable. Studio confortable avec le nécessaire 👍. Résidence calme et bien situé.

Cons:

L'équipement mis à disposition non fonctionnel (sèche linge) et la cabine de douche vraiment petite 🫣😵‍💫.
