Very spacious and clean apartment. Plenty of bedrooms for our 4 guests including a big separate room with futons as one of our guests was 6foot 5. Good communication with the hosts. Good proximity to great restaurants. 2 separate bathrooms and toilets.
We left something behind in the freezer and realised 5 minutes after we had checked out. We couldn't get back in using the door code originally supplied and trying to retrieve it became impossible after lots of attempts contacting the host. Posting to us in Japan was too expensive, so we had to lose the item.

The apartment is huge and the double set of bathroom and shower is amazing. Great location close to monorail and main street. 15 min from airport. Super convenient. We also forgot something at the property after check out and the property manager was helpful in getting me back into the room to successfully find the lost item. 5 star service!
It would be helpful to have a photo of the entrance from the street as it's not completely obvious. There is a Haru Condominium sign but it's a little small.

Loved the spaciousness. Very large with two bathrooms which was perfect. Air conditioning everywhere worked well.
The beds were all lined against one wall with thin or 3/4 walls separating the beds and curtains for doors. Not a problem unless you’re a light sleeper.
Super clean, super comfy!! I can suggest to anybody!
