Une belle halte pour visiter Noto avec un équipement complet et un beau confort
Pros:

- Parking facile (face à l’immeuble ou sur une petite place publique à moins de 100 mètres)
- Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants
- Petit déjeuner sympa dans deux bars à 100 mètres
- Proximité de tous les services et du centre historique
- Idéal pour deux couples
- Mobilier très pratique
- Propreté générale impeccable !!!
- Décoration sympathique et chaleureuse

Cons:

- Très sombre en journée
- Bruit de la pompe à eau même la nuit !
- Bruit des voisins du dessus (chaises et bavardages)

Czysto, spokojnie, blisko centrum. B. słaby kontakt z gospodarzem.
Pros:

Apartament jest nieduży, ale w sam raz dla pary.
Bardzo czysto, cudowny taras, wygodne łóżko, przyjemne wnętrze. Świetna lokalizacja przy cichej ulicy, 5 minut piechotą do centrum, obok miła kawiarenka i sklepiki. Noto jest oszołamiająco piękne!

Cons:

Że względu na zobowiązania zawodowe, potrzebowaliśmy dobrego internetu, tymczasem nie działał wcale (urządzenia łączyły się z routerem, ale router nie miał dostępu do internetu). Nie działał też TV. Gospodarz totalnie ignorował nasze prośby o rozwiązanie problemu (po prostu nie odpowiadał na wiadomości na ten temat).

Pros:

Lage war sehr gut. Zu Fuß konnte man die ganze Altstadt erkunden. Bloß Parken war nicht einfach, enge Straße und der Parkplatz in der Nähe ist auch meistens voll.

Buen apartamento, mala comunicación
Pros:

Dos habitaciones cómodas y de buen tamaño. Las camas, igualmente cómodas. Aire acondicionado en ambas habitaciones. Ubicación muy cercana a las calles céntricas de Noto. Espacio para aparcar de forma gratuita tanto en la calle del apartamento (aunque era una calle un poco estrecha) como en una plaza cercana.

Cons:

La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excesivamente complicada. No contestaron a los mensajes enviados por booking el mismo día que teníamos que entrar en el apartamento, por lo que no sabíamos cómo sería la entrega de llaves. Cuando lo intentamos por teléfono, nos dijeron que escribiéramos a otro y luego a otro... con lo que llegamos al portal sin saber nada aún cuando les tuvimos que llamar por teléfono. Respecto al piso propiamente dicho, echamos de menos el aire acondicionado en el salón/cocina/comedor (solo había en las habitaciones) y la presión del agua en la ducha era bastante escasa. Por último, sería de agredecer que hubiera algo de jabón de lavadora (si vas a estar tres días, es un fastidio tener que ir al super a por un envase entero para ponerla una o dos veces como mucho)

Pros:

Davvero un’ottima scelta , posizione , pulizia , disponibilità dei proprietari . Appartamento ristrutturato nuovo , terrazza fantastica. 3 min a piedi dal centro , parcheggio sotto casa sempre disponibile , farmacia (utile con i bambini ) rosticceria, mini market , bar, parchetto insomma per noi ottimo , non poteva andare meglio .

Newly refurbished apartment with private terrace

It is a nice looking studio apartment about a 10 minute walk to the main sights of Noto. It is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Cons:

The check on was a bit of a pain. The earliest time was 4pm and the host turned up with the keys over half an hour late.
