Ótimo custo benefício e excelente localização. Contudo limpeza e manutenção deixou a desejar.
Pros:

Boa localização, bem no centro de Pipa. Almoço no restaurante do flat com valor acessível e saboroso. Apartamento equipado com eletros.

Cons:

O quarto estava um pouco sujo nas prateleira. Os móveis estão sem manutenção.

Micro-ondas, funciona somente de 30 em 30 segundos.
Chuveiro, só funciona a água quente quando quer, kkkk

La ubicación es óptima a media cuadra de la bajada al mar y a media cuadra de la calle del centro. El personal de la recepción y limpieza súper amable. la terraza con la pileta muy hermosas con vista al mar. Impecable todo.

Cons:

Pondría un TV smart porque sino solo hay TV en portugués, y mejoraría la vajilla: agregaría alguna fuente o ensaladera, y una pava o tetera para calentar agua. Las sillas del desayunador también son algo incómodas y como no hay mesa, hay que usar siempre esas. Pero son detalles, porque el lugar está muy lindo
