-الاطلالة البعيدة جميلة لكن القريبة فيه تطل على مقابر ومعظم الاماكن اللي سكنت فيها في الشمال التركي نفس الشي .
-الموظف متعاون ويرد في اي وقت ترسل له عن طريق الواتس .
-شبكة الانترنت عندهم قوية جداً ماشاء الله

Cons:

- وصلنا طرابزون وارسلت لصاحب العقار اني وصلت ورد انه راح يتأخر 10 دقايق واللي خلاني ارسل له ان الاستقبال فاضي وتحس المكان خاص ومافيه ايجار ولا شي .
- المبلغ المذكور لي في بوكينج كان بالريال السعودي وكان مايتجاوز 600 ريال وكانوا كاتبين الدفع عند الوصول ولكن لمن وصلنا قال الحساب باليورو ف اخذوا مني مبلغ اكثر من المذكور في بوكينج .
- مكان الشقة داخل حي سكني مايوحي لك انه مكان سياحي
