الصور المعروضة لا تعكس الواقع الفعلي للمنشأة. يتطلب الوصول إلى الوحدات السكنية استخدام الدرج، ولا يتوفر ردهة استقبال بالمعنى المتعارف عليه، بل منطقة استقبال بسيطة للغاية تحتوي على مطبخ غير لائق. تجدر الإشارة إلى أن غرفة النوم الرئيسية تفتقر إلى المغاسل، كما لا توجد منافذ كهربائية بجانب السرير. يبدو أن المبنى قد خضع لعملية تجديد لم تتم بالشكل المناسب، حيث تفتقر الشقة إلى التصميم الداخلي المتناسق.

في الختام، يعتبر السعر البالغ 465 ريالاً سعودياً لشقة مكونة من غرفتي نوم وصالة مبالغاً فيه بشكل كبير. نأمل من المستثمرين في الطائف الارتقاء بمعايير الشقق الفندقية.

إن من لديهم خبرة واسعة في الإقامة بالشقق الفندقية حول العالم سيجدون هذه الشقة مخيبة للآمال، نظراً لبساطتها المفرطة وسعرها المبالغ فيه.
