The flush in the toilet is slow
Best Location. Room was decent. Breakfast was good .
The Hotel needs to do makeover of the rooms. Many things like furniture, washing machine, the kitchen cabinets, wardrobe, wooden flooring , curtains needs to be changed or overhauled. The cleaning staff can do better.
Location and the rate
Rude reception I want to make please to give me little time to pack my things but the reception mario so rude. He say No! Like sound verry Rude and he say to me give you 10 min! To check out?! You follow our policy he say. Why? Becuase my booking in there hotel in booking. Com that's why reception like this?
I check in in there hotel @ almost 23:00 pm must be give me little consideration then I'm happy but I'm verry upset. Mario is not capable to handle there client if he talk to me nicely I accept if not possible but to much rude. Also I request extra towel I say give me 2 then they say not allowed only 1! What kind of staff they have. To much disappointed alo towel same like rag.
