La posizione favorevole, a due passi dalla metro e tram per Marina, a due passi da Marina Mall e dalla Marina walking
Abbiamo chiesto shuttle bus per aeroporto al rientro e colazione take aways visto l'ora di check out presto e ci avevano confermato, ma la mattina sorpresa non era possibile avere né l'uno né l'altro.

Personalul a raspuns foarte lent la solicitari privind problemele semnalate in camera.
Apa clada era rece.
Sistemul de climatizare sufla mai rece ca aerul de afara cu toate ca era setat la 30grade. Ma instruia receptionistul cum sa deschid dulapul electeic din camera sa apas niste butoane :) .
Dupa 3 ore ne-au facut "upgrade" de camera, dar cu aceleasi probleme.
Ferestrele nu se inchideau bine, si se auzea tot zgomotul de afara, era imposibil de dormit.
the property is on a very strategic location, the staff are wonderful though the building seems to be old and it needs a rehab as well as the facilities inside like tvs, cabinets etc need a revamp

Unfortunately, the accommodation was very dirty. In the restaurant, plates were taken from dusty shelves, which raises serious hygiene concerns. The wellness area is extremely dangerous. Due to the poor technical condition of the sauna, I was injured: a broken panel had a protruding nail that went into my foot and caused bleeding. Under these conditions, the property does not meet basic safety and hygiene standards.
The location was good and the room comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful as well.
Check-in was a bit slow.
