Supervisor Miss. Betty, receptionist- Miss.Radwa and Mr. MK all were amazing people. They gave us best customer experience this time! I really appreciate their support and their dedication. We went to the hotel around 10:15pm and then because of the Tv they upgraded our room to our favorite room 1204 with beautiful marina view without any extra Costs which I really appreciate and thanks to all of them. They were so lovely and helpful. Miss. Radwa she was amazing lady , as in the morning we didn’t have any charger with us and my phone died and then she came personally and charged both of our phones . Great job to them!!
All was okay in the night of 4th June but as always in the morning Ac doesn’t work properly and we were sweating again while we were sleeping and which makes us uncomfortable and we woke up early in the morning!! Also every time we come I get one towel only when we were two adults, and only one pair of shower gal & shampoo. Also they should upgrade their Tv with smart Tv in all rooms so people can use YouTube by themselves.
I did not get in the room!!!!!

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, и это говорит о многом.
Нравится мне в первую очередь расположение, так как этот приезд с целью пляжного отдыха. Пляж 15-20мин ходьбы, народу везде мало по понятным всем причинам. В номере есть всё необходимое, кровать очень удобная
А то, что объект не из новых, это понятно
Завтрак нормальный, я из не капризных 😀
