Just in general - It is preferable to pay cash in this area.
Access to pool etc was at an additional cost.
I booked room only for a weightlifting competition. I knew the pool and beach was not included in the price however it was very easy to pay for a couple of days half board which included the pool and beach, breakfast and dinner for €30 per day.
The room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge however no kettle.
Katerina and her brother were excellent hosts. We were originally given a pool view room which was a nice touch however as I was travelling with a friend we required a room with 2 beds. We swapped to a bigger room on the other side of the building. Very happy we moved as the pool view side is very noisy especially when there is a week long Latin festival being held at the hotel!!
In May and October there is a week long Afro/Latin dance festival at the complex which is very loud and busy!! Avoid if you’re wanting a relaxing holiday!!
Possibly a cultural thing but staff in the food hall were quite rude and not very friendly, depending what wristband you were wearing.
Check receipts! There were reports from fellow lifters at the complex who had fraudulent payments taken, charging Leke prices but billing Euros on cards (100 Leke / 1 euro roughly) 400 Leke bill put through on the card machine as €400.
Prices seemed to be made up day to day and charged more if you’re British 🤷🏼♀️
Advice is to take Euros and exchange into Leke and use cash
Centrally located with an amazing view of the beach.Lively strip.Nice amenities.
Security asking us questions for being near the ppol as if we were not guest of the property.The hot water heater not working so our showers were freezing upon arrival.Refrigerator had to be fixed.Microwave was absent.Small bugs appeared from nowhere. The door had trouble closing. It needs to be finished before continuing to rent it for occupancy.
Our hotel rooms were amazing. We had a beach view and a separate kitchen/lounge. The bed was so comfortable. Katerina made our stay memorable, she was so helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had a great time.
There was nothing negative about the hotel.

Attention to the people; the pool and breakfast its not included so you have to pay extra, and this fact its not mentioned in booking!
New furniture, comfy bed, nice shower, beautiful poll and sea view from the balcony. Early check in without extra payment.
