Jaco in early December
Pros:

Never did visit the Palms, poor internet & all they had was too pricey for one person.
Great place if needing 2 bedrooms +, the beach is beautiful here. Nearby sister property has a great pool and several restaurants.

Perfect Jaco location
Pros:

This is away from the dirty, noisy part of Jaco and the resort nextdoor made the whole trip worthwhile. Good service. Responsive host. Clean and quiet. Perfect way to wake up listening to the waves. Clean beach. It's totally safe. Eat at El Madregal across the street. Comfortable beds. Equipped kitchen.
