La prima impressione dell’Italia purtroppo è stata rovinata da quella cosiddetta ‘villa’ e dai suoi proprietari.

Non mi è piaciuto nulla, l’esperienza è stata rovinata a partire dai proprietari della villa e dai loro nipoti, fino al pollaio al terzo piano

Cons:

Dopo molte ore di viaggio verso quella cosiddetta villa, la prima impressione è stata deprimente: siamo stati accolti dalla moglie del proprietario in stato di ebbrezza e con forte odore di alcol. Con il passeggino, i bambini piccoli e il cane ci siamo subito trovati davanti a corridoi stretti con scale ripide, e ho capito immediatamente che la vacanza era rovinata.

Gli appartamenti sono piuttosto trascurati, il condizionatore non riusciva a rinfrescare la superficie dell’appartamento. Quando abbiamo chiesto dove fosse il bollitore, la padrona ha agitato le mani come se le avessimo chiesto dove fosse una cassaforte piena di soldi. Durante la settimana di soggiorno non viene fatta alcuna pulizia e non vengono forniti asciugamani puliti. Una spiaggia normale con possibilità di prenotare lettini si trova a 20–30 minuti di macchina dalla cosiddetta “villa”.

E la ciliegina sulla torta è stata il nostro secondo giorno di permanenza: nella proprietà c’era una piscina abbastanza grande, che la nostra bambina aveva apprezzato molto. Ma il secondo giorno nella piscina hanno nuotato completamente nudi i nipoti adulti del proprietario, urinando davanti agli occhi di nostra figlia direttamente in quell’acqua. Inutile dire che lei non ha più voluto entrare in piscina.
E sì, nella foto la chiave degli ‘appartamenti’ della ‘villa’ non è affatto di una stalla.

Spettacolare in famiglia 🤩
Pros:

Siamo stati a Villa Felice per una vacanza di 6 giorni con la famiglia e alcuni amici, e ci siamo trovati benissimo!
La villa è spaziosa, ben curata e dotata di tutti i comfort. La piscina privata è stata un vero punto di forza, perfetta per rilassarsi durante le giornate di sole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la zona barbecue, che ci ha permesso di organizzare delle bellissime grigliate tutti insieme.
La posizione è comoda, in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutto. Un altro aspetto che ci ha colpito è stata la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, sempre attenti e presenti in caso di bisogno.
Consigliamo assolutamente Villa Felice a chi cerca una vacanza rilassante con amici o in famiglia. Un’esperienza da ripetere!

Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich. Der Pool war sehr groß und sauber, schön ausgestattet mit Wasserspielzeug für die Kinder und sauber.

Cons:

Die Wohnung ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, es riecht muffig und alles wirkt bereits abgenutzt und heruntergekommen. Die Waschmaschine wäscht schlecht und eignet sich eigentlich nur dafür, mal schnell die Badesachen durchzuspülen.

Die beiden Vermieter wohnen auf dem Grundstück, sind immer erreichbar und total herzlich. Der Pool ist absolut großartig. Die Ferienwohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht. Alles ist super sauber und man merkt das hier viel Liebe und Herzblut drin steckt. Die Lage etwas oberhalb des Ortes ist super, hier hat man Ruhe ist aber trotzdem schnell im Ort.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört auch die Spülung. Wenn alle drei Parteien im Haus respektvoll sind klappt es super.

Pros:

Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, unser verspäteter Check-in nach Mitternacht war mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen (fantastisch). Auf der Terrasse konnten wir den Meerblick genießen und zu Fuß war man in ca. 25 Minuten am Strand. Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Pros:

Nice hosts, nice garden, parking space and amazing pool. Kitchen well equipped. Everything is very clean. The garden is amazing, as well as the pool (it is better than the pictures).

Cons:

Rooms are not entirely our style (matter of taste), missing a bit of air conditioning in rooms on hot nights.

A beautifully furnished apartment in an impressive villa with a large pool lovely grounds.
Pros:

The apartment is beautifully furnished, especially the bedroom, which is stunning with its antique furniture, rivaling any palace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable with lovely linens. The apartment is one of only three in a large villa, which is both impressive and situated on a vast, well-maintained property. The grounds feature a very large pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. There are plenty of seating areas, shade, and several grills available on the property. Shopping options are plentiful and within 5 km by car (Lidl, Penny, Conad, and more). The beach is just 2 km away by car, with ample parking available at the beach. The hosts are very kind and helpful, though unfortunately, we couldn't communicate much due to the language barrier.

Accomodation was perfect. The owners were very kind. Kids loved swimming pool after arrivel from the sea. The appartment was large enough and well equipped. We had everything we needed.
