Pros:

Duże pokoje, odzielne sypialnie oraz bardzo wygodne łóżka i poduszki. Pomimo upałów w pokojach nie było gorąco, nawet bez włączania klimatyzacji na noc.

Cons:

Trochę daleko od wszystkiego. Do Palau (czyli restauracji)10 min autem. Caly kompleks lata świetności ma już za sobą. Nam przypadl pokój na parterze i niestety bylo słychać każde przesunięcie krzesła po płytkach sąsiadów nad nami. Sklep bardzo słabo wyposażony - nie można bylo tam kupić nawet pieczywa rano. Najbliższą plaża oddalona 7 min spacerem raczej pusta ze względu na stojącą/brudną wodę w zatoczce.

A great place to spend a few days to explore this northern part of Sardinia. Not chic, but comfortable and clean.
Pros:

This part of Costa Serena is just beautiful. A nice hike is possible from the hotel to a spectacular beach with few people. The pictures are from that beach and hike. The breakfast and dinner were quite good. It was great that they had a small grocery store on-site too. The apartment was a great size for our family of four.

Cons:

It is getting a bit dated. Paint chipping on the buildings and such. The big pool was closed, but the small pool still worked well for us.

une super adresse pour profiter du calme tout prêt de Palau

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder
Pros:

Super Lage, toller Pool, sehr bequeme Betten, nettes Kaffeelokal und Restaurant in der Anlage.
Der Service war einmalig, das Personal super drauf und überaus zuvorkommend!
Wir hatten zunächst nur 2 Nächte gebucht und sind dann weitergereist. Nach einer schlechten Erfahrung bei der darauffolgenden Unterkunft haben wir sogleich dort storniert und sind am selben Tag vom Süden wieder zum Felix Hotel Costa Serena zurück gefahren und haben weitere 3 tolle Nächte dort verbracht. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Keine 4*, trotz schöner Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist schön, ruhig und nicht weit von Palau entfernt.
Das Personal war freundlich. Die Anlage hat Hotelzimmer und Ferienwohnungen. Es gibt einen Laden mit einem guten Angebot. Frühstück war ok, konnte draussen eingenommen werden.
Persönlicher PP gleich neben dem Zugang zum Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Hotel scheint schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, entspricht so keinem 4* Haus. Reception liegt etwas versteckt, wir sind umher geirrt, fanden sie dann aber nach zweimaligem Nachfragen doch noch.
Das Restaurant hätten wir als externe Gäste nicht besucht.

Séjour en famille agréable
Pros:

Établissement très bien situé au calme, en nature, les abords sont propres et entretenus.
Une superette à proximité est très pratique.
La piscine.
La literie dans la chambre est très confortable.
Appartement propre.
Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.

Cons:

L'eau de la piscine était froide.
L'isolation des appartements car on entend les portes des voisins. Un rafraîchissement serait un plus.
Le canapé lit est pas du tout confortable.
Manque quelques équipements et aménagements notamment pour la cuisine.

Séjour hyper agréable tout proche de la Maddalena
Pros:

Nous avons adoré nos 2 nuits dans cet hôtel, qui se trouve sur les hauteurs de Palau, dans un endroit très tranquille. Le lit était hyper confortable, le petit déjeuner très bien, et la demoiselle à la réception nous a donné des très bonnes recommandations sur les plages, excursions et restaurants.

Cons:

Rien, tout était très bien.

Stay here at your risk. This has been reported to the police.
Pros:

Location was good, bed was comfortable, reasonably clean.

Cons:

Furniture was dated, couch cushions were not clean and quite stained, table was wobbly and the freezer in the small fridge was very frozen up and obviously hadn’t been cleaned for some time.
The worst part about our stay was that I accidentally left behind a jewellery pouch, as there was no safe in the room I left it under the pillow. I phoned the hotel about 4 hours later to be told that it wasn’t found. They were less than helpful and made me feel that I was mistaken. Definitely not the case and cloth bags of jewellery do not walk out of rooms without human help. Either the room wasn’t checked properly and the staff have lied and the new customers have stolen it or the staff have taken it. Either way someone is telling lies.
Please be careful if you use this hotel not to leave anything behind

Pros:

El alojamiento está situado en un entorno idílico, muy cerca de las playas más bonitas de la isla. El hecho de que haya supermercado y bar/cafetería dentro del recinto es un gran plus, puesto que el pueblo más cercano está a diez minutos en coche. La piscina es preciosa.

Cons:

Había pocos útiles en el apartamento. Tuvimos que comprar nosotros estropajo y demás cosas de limpieza. Sólo dejaron un poco de jabón para platos, dos rollos de papel higiénico y una caja de pañuelos. Creo que deberían dejar más cosas de limpieza si luego exigen que lo dejes todo impoluto.

Muy bonita estancia
Pros:

Alejado de la ciudad de Palau pero en una zona muy bonita, a 10 minutos en auto del centro. Zona tranquila, linda vista, buena pileta.

Cons:

No valía los 20 euros el desayuno, conviene ir al desayunador y comprar lo que quieras aparte.
