Prima plek met gezin voor een week skiën!
Pros:

Het appartement was schoon en het was fijn om twee slaapkamers met eigen badkamer te hebben. Ideaal dat je zo naar de skilift loopt en ook ben je snel in het knusse dorpje.

Cons:

De indeling is wat wonderlijk; de keuken is heel klein waardoor pannen, bestek etc. in de woonkamer liggen. Dat is niet zo praktisch. Verder misten we een comfortabele plek om te chillen, de bank rondom de tafel zit niet echt lekker en de bank in de woonkamer is te klein om met z'n vieren op te zitten.

Appartamento romantico si piedi dell’Alpe di Siusi
Pros:

L appuntamento era molto carino, due stanze in mansarda , con balcone e bella vista. Passando dal bosco si arriva in pochi minuti a piedi alla funivia, quindi non c’è bisogno di muoversi con la macchina, il centro del paese è a 10 minuti .

Cons:

Potrebbero aggiungere qualche tazza più capiente per la colazione, e qualche utensile in più da cucina, tipo la paletta per girare la carne o la frittata, la centrifuga per l insalata. Un mini kit per la pulizia del piano cucina .

Small appartement for too much money
Pros:

Cons:

Staff only present at check-in and check-out. Always close the desk. Staff are easily accessible via WhatsApp. We initially had a T4 apartment. 1 double bed and a 1.5 bed in dining area. This was very short and for our length of 1.80 but just sufficient. Fortunately, we did not have to use this because of upgrading to T5 apartment. The mattresses were slightly lowered. Kitchen very small, approximately 1 m wide with 2 cooking rings for 4 people. You could only stand with one person in the kitchen. The upgrade cost 800 euros for a week, we lost 3300 euros in high season. We found price quality ratio not good. We arrived a little earlier, we could put our suitcases in our room and have to return keys or otherwise pay 70 euros extra for early check-in. We have chosen to put on ski gear and leave the apartment and not get any keys for the afternoon. Nevertheless, 70 euros were charged, only after much discussion was they willing to cancel these costs. Photos on site misleading, taken with wide-angle lens. Apartment very small, also with expensive upgrade.

A great place to stay for exploring the local mountains.
Pros:

An excellent place to stay - lovely rooms and a great location. The residence is close to the gondola to the ski area and is just a short walk from the centre of Suissi village.

Hébergement tout à fait conforme au descriptif ! Rien ne manquait pour notre confort.
Nous avons été correctement pris en charge avant et pendant le séjour.

To juz trzeci nasz pobyt w tym hotelu. Wracamy z wielką przyjemnością.
Pros:

Hotel jest świetnie zlokalizowany. 10 minut piechotą do stacji gondoli. Posiada garaż i samochód może spokojnie czekać na wyjazd do Polski. Apartamenty bardzo dobrze wyposażone i przestronne. Kilkanaście apartamentów, a gości praktycznie się nie spotyka. Bardzo pięknie położony, praktycznie w otoczeniu lasu, w zaciszu, w pewnej odległości od głównej ulicy. Idealny na spokojne oddawanie się namiętności narciarskiej. Bardzo mili gospodarze, którzy w żadnym stopniu się nie naprzykrzają, a zawsze są bardzo pomocni, kiedy potrzeba.

Ski trip to Alpe do Suissi
Pros:

Very comfortable and well appointed accommodation situated in the heart of Suissi. Very close to the ski area -it's a five minute walk to the Alpe di Suissi gondola. We have stayed at the residence for our last two ski trips and we enjoyed it so much we have already booked for 2026!

Pros:

Apartamenty are very clean and ver well equipped. The Residence is in very close proximity to the Seiser Alm gondole - walking distance, safe shortcut though a forest. The Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hidden (note included in booking pricing) costs for linnen, towels, parking.

Really enjoyed the place. I would recomend it. Hope to come back.
Pros:

Privacy, clean, very close to skiing facilities and stores.

Cons:

Parking was more of a challenge, it requires a rather smaller car or careful driver as parking lots are narrow and between pillars.
We had a weaker wifi signal in the apartment (children complained:)

Pros:

they were very helpful and provided us lots of information about everything with even things that were not about the residence

if we have to cherry pick it was a little cold in some moments cause the heater was off but it was fine most of the time
