De ligging en de grootte van het apartement. Goede douche. Grote keuken.

Cons:

Geen gordijnen in de woonkamer. Ongezellige verlichting. Geen thee- en handdoek. Douchen in bad zonder scherm maakt de badkamer behoorlijk nat. Koffiemachine werkt met filterkoffie.
