Away from Tulum main st hustle and bustle.
Easy 30 minute walk into town.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful.
Noisy street behind the building.

Instalaciones nuevas con un interiorísmo natural y cálido; muy cómodo y dotado de cocina con todos los enseres necesarios; la habitación que estuvimos disponía una pequeña piscina propia.

La única objeción que pondría sería la falta de seguridad ante resbalones tanto en la piscina individual como la piscina colectiva del terrado; una barandilla lateral evitaría caídas al vacío.

The hostess Raquel was Kind and she provided us with an upgrade to our room with a kings size bed. she stayed in contact with us and the property was cute. the pool is best at night in the day the hot sun makes it feel like a bathtub other than that everything was spot on. WILL DEFINETLY GO AGAIN!

Beautiful courtyard

Everything was clean, linens were great, bed was super comfortable. Access to variety store across street. Neighborhood is up and coming with a lot of new places, walking distance to great restaurants less about 15-20 min.
Fairly quiet, except motor vehicle noise can be heard throughout night. We wanted of May so start of the off season.
Would good back again!

Très bruyant!! on entend les autos comme s'ils étaient dans la chambre. Notre air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas, la chambre est très petite, les dimensions mentionnés ne sont pas respectés. La chambre mentionnait qu'il avait un petit salon mais il y a seulement de petit lit simple

We loved our stay at the Naj. Braulio was very helpful with suggestions on restaurants and different places to visit. We had a beautiful and restful stay.

The sound from the cars on the street was too much and could not fall asleep. The banister on the stairs was broken and almost fell on us. The last thing is access to this hotel is very difficult. There’s no direct way to get here. It’s a lot small streets you have to take so get your navigation out.

Un lugar hermoso y acogedor.

Had an amazing stay at NAJ Tulum. The room gave off the tulum esthetics and we also had a private plunge pool. Had access to the roof top pool as well which was empty each time we went up which I loved! Braulio & Alfonso made us feel very safe and welcomed. Will definitely visit again when coming to tulum. Thanks again!!

Hotel was clean and well kept. Rooms were exactly as described. Braulio was fantastic and helped make the trip special with excellent recommendations.

En general la estancia fue muy buena, solo que no hay privacidad total en los cuartos.

We had a great time at Naj Tulum. Overall high standard and beautifully decorated rooms. The terrace with the private pool was fantastic. Lastly the concierge Braulio was very helpful sharing good insights to enhance our Tulum stay and regularly checking in if he could be of assistance

This place is more of a 3 star. It does not look as luxurious in person as it did on the pics. The guy who manages it is helpful and it is close to everything. The birds in the am and cars driving is definitely annoying. Its cool if you need a cheaper spot in tulum.

Brujlio was the best host. He was there right when we arrived. He was the sweetest & welcoming host I ever dealt with. He made us feel like we were at home. We felt safe & comfortable. The pictures does this place no justice. This was our first time coming to Tulum & it looks like we will be back soon & often. The experience was so amazing. Such a beautiful place. I cant wait to come back. Thank you again Brujlio.

This is a nice quiet part of Tulum yet walkable i’m close to lots of stuff. The hotel staff was really communicative through ‎WhatsApps and was very accommodating. Our room was lovely very quiet nice balcony very decent kitchen. Would come back.
