Pros:

It is 10 to 15 mins walk to burnham session road and sm baguio. Have elevators, parking is first come first serve, guards will assist you to go outside. Theres a near. Convinience store and buffet

Cons:

Electricfan provided needed manual restart (finger to push the inside elisi) hot bat water is never hot but warms the icy cold water. Provided kitchen utensil but no soapdish and sponge. You can hear the upper floor walking at night, not soundproof.
