Near the city
The water heater kettle is not working, no water in the faucet in CR only in the shower. No water supply for drinking which is typically included.

I don't like the place, it' like a creepy place.
The floor was wet, the guard was nowhere to be found when we arrived. We are busy contacting the owner to get the key, while the guard, I think, was sleeping. the room is like a horror room, the blanket size is like a bath towel.

Good location. Helpful staff. Unit was spacious, homey and secured. Elevator is a plus for seniors. Wifi is fast. Secured pay parking. There is a convenience store at the Reception where you can buy basics. Pet friendly (add 250 per pet). You can cook in the kitchen as kitchenwares are provided. I have to buy dishwashing liquid but the staff give me a bottle. Fridge is working.
It was the beginning of rainy season in Baguio yet it is still hot (understandable) but the fact that we have to rent the electric fan just to feel comfortable (unit has no aircon) is not acceptable. There was 1 fan when we came but my Jisulife windspeed is way stronger. We have to sleep with 2 fans on Room 1 since out of 2 fans that we rented, only one is giving the wind/air you need. Bidet was not working for both toilet. Double deck bed was not comfortable. Unit needs cleaning. No drinking water provided (but you can buy from the store at the Reception).

the staff were easy to communicate with and the accommodation has a great location, there were enough sleeping places for us despite the sudden added headcounts

Price value and location
Check in procedure was not smooth, it should be improved. No concierge/admin beyond office hours. The first guard on duty that I asked was a bit rude.
