Trotz ehemaligem Ladenlokal im Erdgeschoss recht ruhig. Gut gesichert.

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation katastrophal. Kreisten eine halbe Stunde und fanden einen ca. 500 m entfernt.

The apartment and the comfort level is amazing. The owner is an amazing person, and was kind enough to understand our requirements.

Cons:

Only problem was with the bathroom light, which was sometimes flickering and that was little but frustrating.

First and most important was the prompt reply on communication. Secondly a much earlier check in which was not charged f

Easy access and very close to local amenities. Clean and tidy with everything necessary for the trip. Even the toddler had fun hopping from one bed to another 😊

Pros:

The studio was very clean and comfortable. Located in the Spandau district on the west side of Berlin, the neighborhood was calm and cozy with several good local bars. Musikcafe Zilini, just around the corner, is a great place to relax after a long day in the city center. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The host, Tom, is very friendly and helpful. We traveled by car and didn't use public transport, but there is a bus station almost in front of the property, and street parking is free in the area.

Pros:

It was close to good bus routes that get you to the centre of the city, or connecting U Bahn Stations. It was a good size and comfortable for our party. Handy having the washing machine as well.

Cons:

Nothing really. The fridge was very close to the table is about as bad as it gets there.
