Overall it's a great apartment to stay especially during IRONMAN event.
Pros:

The location is perfect! Especially for those who are joining IRONMAN event. The owner was so nice and bery helpful.

Cons:

The floor was a little dirty but it's tolerable. Also the shower hose was a little short so its hard to bath our baby but its fine for adults. Other than that everything was fine.

Not worth the price

The location for ironman was good

Cons:

We were extremely disappointed in the apartment, it was over prices. The advert states, air conditioning, but it didn't work and after calls and text messages we got no response from the property manager. Very few kitchen supplies, nothing to clean your dishes with, all knives blunt. We were really disappointed to pay so much for such poor facilities.

Perfect location for Ironman Italy, esp. if travelling with friends who can take adjacent apartments
Pros:

Having the large balcony overlooking the road where the transition for the Ironman triathlon event was, was brilliant. As the room was quite small for 3 people, it also provided more space to unpack and pack bikes.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a few spare rolls of toilet paper rather than having to get caught short and realising that there weren't any spare rolls!
