La ubicación buenísima y la vista, las camas están bien. Buena calefacción

La limpieza, el refrigerador no funcionaba, le faltan detalles para ser más acogedor, tal vez un sillón el el sector común. Lo otro muy desagradable es el dispensador de papel higiénico, se traba y el papel es de pésima calidad. La limpieza es pobre, yo limpié tuve que limpiar tanto el piso del depto como del baño, ya que nos gusta andar sin zapatos

Buena ubicación.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, en cuanto a la calefacción es muy ruidosa la estufa y al vibrar mueve el piso por completo simulando un temblor, en relación al baño esta muy apegado a la casa del lado, por lo cual tiene una ventana sin cortina que se junta con la ventana del vecino en donde no existe privacidad te pueden ver mientras estés haciendo uso del baño. Se debe mejorar eso en privacidad.

Buena ubicación, en relación a la calefacción la estufa al vibrar mueve todo el piso del apartamento. Otro punto es la poca privacidad del baño, puesto que da con la ventana de la casa vecina, por lo cual te pueden ver haciendo uso del baño.

Cons:

La ventana del baño, debería tener una cortina o ser de un vidrio no transparente.

El lugar es hermoso, un barrio tranquilo. Hay un par de buenos restaurant cerca y se puede caminar por lugares de interes.

Cons:

Lamentablemente la atención durante la estadía no es muy buena. No hay personal para atender consultas y/o urgencias ni de manera presencial, ni al teléfono, ni al whatsapp. Tuvimos problemas con el gas y varios huéspedes intentamos contactar a la administración sin respuesta alguna.
