Un lugar maravilloso, pero poca preocupación del dueño o persona responsable.

La ubicación es buena, la vista y la experiencia de quedarse sobre un palafito.
Te nia estufa a pellet que es muy bueno.

Cons:

Las fotos, son de una propiedad nueva y no reflejan el paso del tiempo. Es una propiedad muy utilizada por el lugar en donde esta. Es por eso que deberían preocuparse y reflexionar que se debe mantener. Baño con flotador amarrado con un alambre, faltaban cubiertos y platos éramos 4 y teníamos 2 a lo menos saltado. La persona que nos recibió nos pasó para cubrir por el frío unos cubre colchones muy mal.

Nos decepcionó, no es como en las fotos.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, hay muchas cosas cerca para comer y comprar, linda vista. La estufa a pellet muy comoda.

Cons:

No está como en las fotos, está descuidado. Nada de la decoración que sale en las fotos existe, las sillas de terraza en mal estado. La puerta de acceso tenia una hoyo, desde adentro. La iluminación muy mala del dormitorio principal, no se veia nada, el control de la tv está malo.
Las personas de la recepción a la defensiva y poco amables. Si, agradecemos que nos cambiaron las sillas de la terrazas por unas plásticas pero no tienen nada que ver con lo que publican en las fotos de booking.

Quedarse en un palafito es una buena experiencia, el lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo.

Cons:

Tuvimos algunos problemas, los que fueron solucionados pero entraron cuando no estábamos y ni siquiera avisaron, luego tuve problema con el estacionamiento, no había nadie en recepción para ayudar, llame a todos los números no contesto nadie, deje enviado WhatsApp y tampoco respondieron, ni siquiera al otro día...

Excelente estancia en Castro.
Pros:

La ubicación, calidad del hospedaje, y obviamente el lugar tan histórico y cultural del sector y casas sobre palafitos.

Cons:

Aunque me encantó la habitación, quedé con una sensación de que la pieza la escogía la recepcionista y no yo al reservar. Pero pude equivocarme al reservar en la App.

Me pareció que hay poca preocupación del personal por el palafito donde me alojé.. no es la sucural principal, así que no hay una persona que esté en el lugar cuando se necesite. Para cambiar las toallas por ejemplo, avisar con 2 días de anticipacion y tomarlas y llevarlas tu mismo al otro palafito, me parece una lata.
