מלון חדיש מותאם לגולשי סקי וממוקם נפלא. הינו בקיץ והוא היה מלא. החדרים מקסימים , מרווחים מאד ומעוצבים יפה. אנשי צוות הקבלה דוברי אנגלית
נעימים ועוזרים בכל הנדרש. יש מכונת כביסה ומיבש בחדר מיועד לכך , בחינם.

Cons:

כשחזרנו מארוחת ערב במסעדה בעיר , לא היו מקומות חניה בקרבת המלון ונאלצנו להחנות במגרש קצת יותר מרוחק , זו לא בעיה גדולה, רק שהיה ממש חשוך שם.

Perfect for an Overnight Stay While Exploring Biei and Furano
Pros:

Overall, Fenix West was the perfect place for a one-night stay while visiting Biei and Farm Tomita. Since we were traveling with elderly parents, making the trip in a single day would have been too exhausting. Staying here allowed us to rest comfortably before continuing our journey.

There aren't many dining options nearby, so we had sukiyaki at Fenix Furano. The ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and the quality was excellent. It was definitely on the expensive side, but considering the limited dining choices in the area, we were very satisfied with the meal.

The following morning, we enjoyed a light brunch at the café on the ground floor. The coffee was excellent, and the sandwiches were delicious as well.

If you're planning to visit Biei and Furano, this is an ideal hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

The finishings in the room were very comfortable and clean, very spacious living and dining rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine etc. Great for a few days stay. Highly recommended for large families that would otherwise book 2 of 3 hotel rooms. Great views of Furano from the balcony.

Cons:

The lack of a restuarant and osen.

Pros:

Room size was fantastic and very comfortable.. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. They spoke very good English and communication with them was very smooth. We checked in after office hours and the instructions given for self check-in was clear and easy to follow. The hotel was located just at the foot of the ski slope , away from town which is about 5 minute drive away only. They did not provide any pyjamas which is not a big deal for us. There were 2 laundry machines provided free of charge for use.
