Pros:

A great modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was absolutely perfect—spacious, spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The slope is right behind the hotel, which is fantastic, but unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy it as the resort was still closed during our stay. Hopefully, we’ll have the opportunity to come back again.

Pros:

Everything. Room was spotless. Staff was amazing. Helpful and warm. Always happy to lend a hand.

Cons:

Not so much the property per se, just the general location that there isn't much food in the vicinity.

Fenix West is in a prime location with amazing views. Choose a high floor apartment
Pros:

Breakfast was not included

Cons:

It would be great if the coffee shop was open for dinner and had a broader menu. currently only has sandwiches, drinks and cake

Pros:

All the staffs were very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

The carpark lots are limited and the next nearest carpark is about 5min walk away. In heavy snow, the 5 mins can be quite a challenge. However, the hotel makes up for up by offering us with a drive to the carpark and the staff (Taylor), even helped us scrapping the thick snow off the car. Thank u so much.
