La habitacion era preciosa y enorme, lo mejor del hotel sin duda.

Cons:

El personal deja muchísimo que desear. El servicio es escaso o nulo. No nos dieron opciones ni para lavandería ni para desayuno, pero si un montón de tarjetas de propaganda. No repetiría simplemente por el mal servicio del personal aun que la habitación es impresionante.

Pros:

Excellent location, very kind staff, spacious rooms and confy bed.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy. There was a construction works right next to the hotel building and in the evenings the music from nearby bars was for me a bit too much. But I guess that comes with the cental location of the hotel. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

Great stay
Pros:

We loved our stay here. The staff were friendly on arrival and the room was lovely. The location is great for us, very central. The bathroom was great too.

Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

I didn't have hot water and couldn't wash my hair. It was after reception closed. Also, their credit card machine was broken. I had to get money which incurs extra costs and wasted time for me.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage war perfekt. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Fahrräder, die kostenlos zu Verfügung stehen, sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Bremsen funktionieren nur bedingt! Es gibt keine Klingel (und das in Vietnam). Hier gibt es Handlungsbedarf!

Great stay, great location
Pros:

Really nice hotel with comfortable beds and a strong shower. Request a room on a higher floor to escape some of the nightlife noise.

Cons:

There is construction next door so our planned lie in was slightly interrupted by the drilling noise.

Very nice stay, location is perfect!
Pros:

The location, cleanliness, but most of all the staff.

Cons:

The one downfall of this property, thru no fault of the hotel, is the bar next door. It can be loud at times but the good thing is it’s not open every day. Knowing this I suggest a good pair of earplugs for the short time it’s open as it’s a shame to miss staying at this lovely property. I stayed for two days and the noise was only one night (Saturday) so I put in the noise cancelling earbuds and slept like a baby! Request a room at the back of the hotel.

발코니의 여유
Pros:

전체적으로 객실이 엔틱한 분위기입니다. 아주 현대적이지는 않지만 호이안과 잘 어울렸습니다. 발코니에 앉아서 투본강을 보며 커피 한 잔을 하거나 책 읽기 좋습니다. 1월의 호이안은 여행하기 딱 좋은 24도 내외의 날씨입니다. 그래서 더욱 발코니의 여유가 좋습니다. 몇 몇 후기에 옆에 있는 클럽의 소음이 밤에 심했다고 하던데 저는 주말에 있었지만 전혀 음악 소리가 들리지 않았습니다. 무료로 빌려준 자전거로 강가를 따라 내려갔다 오는 코스도 좋습니다. 위치도 올드타운과 걸어서 10분 정도면 됩니다.

Cons:

아무래도 우기 말쯤이고 강가여서 그런지 모기들이 몇 마리 있었습니다. 그런데 희한하게 날아는 다니는데 물리지 않았습니다. 그 외에는 아쉬움점 전혀 없습니다.
