A lovely, cozy family-run villa on a quiet street is about a 5-minute walk to the Old Town.
The room is bright, clean, and cozy. The lobby is clean and cozy as well. I didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather, but it looked very clean and well-maintained.
They provide a tasty breakfast and free bicycles.
The owners are really nice and friendly. Even though I didn’t manage to extend my booking in time and they were fully booked, the lady owner kindly found and reserved another hotel for me across the street.

Nous avions la chambre du dernier étage très vaste voire une suite mais vide et sans aménagement. Il manque quelques meubles, sièges …. Pour rendre l ensemble chaleureux.

We had a wonderful stay at Senda Villa. The place is exceptionally clean, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The welcome is warm and genuinely family-like, which makes you feel immediately at home.
The location is excellent: just a short walk from the center, yet very quiet. Free bicycles are available, which makes it easy and pleasant to explore the area.
Breakfast was also excellent, freshly prepared and very tasty.
We spent two great days here and would definitely come back. Thank you to Senda for the warm hospitality.

Fräscht och stort rum, fanns allt vi behövde. Poolen med solstolar var härlig och frukosten god. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
Everything about this place was perfect: the staff, the room, the location. I couldn’t recommend this place more. The laundry was quick and efficient and you can hire bikes from the hotel. Everything in Hoi An is about a 5-10 min walk which is great. If you hire a motorbike it’s even quicker to get around. This has been my favourite place wee stayed in Vietnam so far.

Lampjes op het balkon die het niet deden werden meteen de volgende dag gerepareerd.
We hadden een keukentje met aanrecht, wasbak, waterkoker en veel keukenkastjes. Wij hadden het fijn gevonden als er minimaal ook borden, bekers en bestek waren geweest.
The family are extremely helpful and kind and would help us with anything we needed. The room is so worth the money as it’s big, clean and with well-working air conditioning. It’s tucked out of the way down a beautiful side street but everything is still walkable. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Hoi An.

I am a professional builder so i notice that like many such hotels some works/maintenance/general building issues could do with some updating, renovation or improvement. I would sack the ceramic tiler and definitely sack the guy that does the caulk/silicone sealant!!!
get some guys over from Spain or get me to do it would be my advice, its the same everywhere in Asia, the finishing is rubbish
Staying at senda Villa is staying with the family who will give you help and advice if you ask.
A fourty minute bike ride to the beach. Everywhere in Hoi An is walkable
If your a light sleeper you could be disturbed, or n the studio flats, by the water pump.

Les vélos mis a disposition sont très pratique et permet d'arriver dans le centre ville en 5min
