Vislabākā vieta, kur palikt, ja plānots doties uz Maiori.
Pros:

Viss bija ļoti, ļoti labi. Tā kā mērķis bija Amalfi krasts un varianti kur tieši bija dažādi, pateicoties šai villai izvēlējāmies Maiori un tas bija labākais lēmums. Viss tīrs, kondicionieris, 1 min attālumā izcila jūra, kur nav daudz cilvēki. Apkalpošana izcila, atsaucīga. Viss kā vajag.

Nagyszerű élményekkel távoztunk a Residence La Dolce Vitából. Az apartman tiszta, igényes és kényelmes volt, minden adott volt egy kellemes, többnapos tartózkodáshoz.

A szállás egyik legnagyobb előnye a lenyűgöző panoráma és a közvetlen lejárat a tengerhez. A kis, sziklás partszakasz nemcsak fürdőzésre, hanem sznorkelezésre is kiváló, ami számunkra külön élményt jelentett.

A panorámás teraszon ingyenesen használható jakuzzi és kényelmes napozóágyak várták a vendégeket. Egy egész napos kirándulás után tökéletes hely volt a pihenésre és a kikapcsolódásra.

Érkezéskor kellemes meglepetésként egy rendkívül bőséges welcome csomag fogadott bennünket, ami igazán figyelmes gesztus volt a szállás részéről.

A személyzet végig nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Az internetkapcsolattal és a belépőkártyákkal akadt néhány kisebb technikai probléma, de minden alkalommal gyorsan és készségesen segítettek, így ezek egyáltalán nem rontották az ott-tartózkodásunkat.

Autóval érkeztünk, ezért nagy előnyt jelentett a foglalható saját parkolóhely, ami az Amalfi-parton igazi kincs. A szállás nem közvetlenül Maiori központjában található, éppen ezért kellemesen nyugodt környezetet biztosít. Ugyanakkor elhelyezkedése kiváló, hiszen innen az egész Amalfi-part könnyedén bejárható, így számunkra tökéletes bázist jelentett a környék felfedezéséhez.

A konyha alapvető felszereltségű. Rövidebb tartózkodásra megfelelő, de aki rendszeresen szeretne főzni az apartmanban, annak érdemes számolnia azzal, hogy ezen a téren lehetne valamivel jobban felszerelt.

A megközelítéshez körülbelül 150 lépcsőt kell megtenni, de számunkra ezt bőven ellensúlyozta a csodálatos kilátás, a nyugodt környezet és a különleges elhelyezkedés.

Összességében fantasztikus hetet töltöttünk itt, és ha ismét az Amalfi-partra utaznánk, örömmel választanánk újra ezt a szállást. Jó szívvel ajánljuk mindenkinek!

Cons:

La falta de Internet. deben mejorar la calidad del wifi. Ya que no hay señal de celular y solo hay opción de conexión por wifi y es muy mala la conexión. Esto te deja incomunicad@ al estar en el hospedaje.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa casa e ci siamo trovati molto bene, vista mare pazzesca. Parcheggio vicino all'appartamento. E' possibile andare in paese a piedi. L'appartamento è spazioso e pulito. L'accoglienza è stata fantastica e ci sono venuti incontro su tutto. Ci ritornerei sicuramente!

Séjour parfait dans un cadre magnifique
Pros:

Résidence offre un excellent panorama sur la plage très calme le matin. Nous avons été surbookés sur l’appartement avec deux salles de bains. C’était parfait!!! Un grand merci à Mariana pour sa gentillesse! On reviendra chaque année pour notre séjour en amoureux.

Cons:

En revanche,le stationnement est un peu cher. Certains hôtels dans la région offrent le parking gratuit ou à un prix plus abordable.
Si vous n’aimez pas les escaliers il faut s’abstenir car il y a plus de 100 marches à monter/descendre jusqu’à la chambre.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν περιποιημένο καθαρό και σ’ ένα πολύ όμορφο μέρος το οποίο είχε θέα στη θάλασσα!!!!!

Ότι για το check in έχει συγκεκριμένη ώρα που είναι μεταξύ τρεις το μεσημέρι και έξι και επίσης παρότι πληρώσαμε πάρκινγκ ιδιωτικό δυσκολευόμαστε να βρούμε θέση γιατί διάφορα άλλα αυτοκίνητα παρκάρανε στο πάρκινγκ χωρίς να ελέγχονται

Professional negligence, administrative errors, and hostile staff

The worst hospitality experience we have ever had. Due to a major administrative error, the hotel programmed our key cards to expire one day before our actual checkout. We were left locked out in the street at night.

​Despite calling the 'emergency' phone and sending multiple WhatsApp messages for over 45 minutes, there was zero response. We were abandoned in the cold with no assistance. When the staff finally answered, instead of apologizing, they were extremely hostile, patronizing, and even yelled at us. They admitted it was a 'human error' on their part but refused to take responsibility for the lack of emergency support.

​We felt so unsafe and intimidated by their aggressive attitude that we spent the night in fear, expecting them to come to the room to confront us.
​Regarding the room: the bed was of very poor quality and uncomfortable. The only positive thing was the nearby beach, which has nothing to do with the hotel management.

​We are already in formal contact with Booking.com to demand full compensation for this breach of contract, the lack of safety, and the distress caused. We will not let this negligence go unanswered. Avoid this place if you value your safety and basic customer service
