The main reason why I chose it it was the swimming pool and it does not dissapoint. It was clear, open, with place for Kids - as it was in the annoucement. There was also Kids room available. Beds were comfortable, AC was working as it should be, karaoke was also working.
Dirt. The place is dirty. There were so many coackroaches that they were having partys every time we did turn off the lights. Also there was a lot of dust, kitchen equipment was all greasy, they were some miłe in the kitchen.
Good location.
The building itself looks like it needs better maintenance. The actual unit is completely different from the photos posted here. We found numerous roaches throughout the space, indicating that it was not properly cleaned before our arrival. Beware that there's no toilet paper or other toiletries provided as advertised in the photos uploaded. At unit 607 the following are also inoperative:
-the electric kettle
-the outlets near the bed
-the closet door was broken
-the tv remote missing(tv can only be operated using phone) they had to send the remote past midnight only after requesting one.
After arriving, the guard questioned us because the host apparently did not list down all of our names.
No fuss, no hassle upon arrival..
We liked the location and the gym was really nice. My teenagers really liked it. It has a nice pool as well.
The room was untidy. We saw a lot of cockroaches crawling on the floor. My kids were afraid that they would crawl into their ears while they’re asleep. It’s only the hygiene that we’re concerned about. Everything else was actually good and satisfactory.
The property owner is very accommodating.
It’s very accessible to any mode of transpo, malls, restaurants.
All appliances are available for use, very great for families.

I liked the gym.
Roaches were a problem. Also, there was mildew requiring me to take allergy pills to compensate.
We checked in late and given until 2pm the next day to check out. The owner also waited for us so we can check in upon arrival.
- no KTV we can't find the cords for us to set it up, we contacted the owner but no response. Phone busy and can't be reached.
- they are accepting 8 pax guest but all of the utensils, bed and things are not enough for 8 pax.
- can't contact the owner after check out. We received response the next day but not all queries were answered.
It was good and owner was accommodating! Place is super nice and cozy ! Perfect for get together!
I hope they can do something to their videoke. It was delayed .
