Quiet hotel in a quieter part of North Goa
Pros:

Very peaceful and green. Internet wifi speed was good. Guy looking after the property was very nice.

Cons:

A bit out of the way which is nice, but you really do need some other means of transport other than your feet if you do decide to stay. That being said, a taxi rank is not too far away. Budget double room could do with upgrading the lock.

Хорошее месторасположение в глубине района, тихо, вилла находится в окружении зелени.
Милые коровы и спокойные собаки обитают на поляне перед отелем.
Большая и удобная парковка.
Красивая и яркая терасса, но она общая на три комнаты.
Персонал приветливый, готов решить все вопросы, общие зоны убираются и моются аж дважды в день.
Бесплатная бутилированная вода в кулере в неограниченном количестве.
В номере предоставляется фумигатор от комаров бесплатно.
Есть холодильник и шкаф.

Cons:

Главный минус слабый WiFi, постоянно пропадал(.
Шумный и плохо закрепленый вентилятор.
В номере темновато,а ванная комната с душем очень маленькие.

Pros:

Отличный гестхаус. Чисто, комфортно, удобная кровать, персонал клиенториентирован. Жил в номере делюкс с балконом на 1м этаже.
Холодильник, кондиционер, горячая вода, в номере была 20 литровая баклашка с водой на спец. подставке чтобы наливать в стакан.
Вокруг джунгли, поэтому тихо. Место красивое, пасутся коровы, все в зелени. До пляжа мин 7-10 пешком, до ресторанов и магазинов 5-7 мин.
Нужен байк для такой локации.
В 200 метрах точка такси.

В целом доволен
Pros:

Хорошее расположение, отель находится в 10 минутах от пляжа, посреди джунглей, это прикольно.
Номер довольно просторный, вроде всё необходимое было. Кровать хорошая, балкончик миленький
Парень там работал очень приятный, был вежлив и помогал во всём

Cons:

Был тут с 02.02.26 по 08.02.26
Ни разу не убирались, мусор не выносили, постельное не меняли, не знаю может нужно было специально об это просить.
Кондёр не работал.

Отель находится по среди джунглей и дорога к нему лежит через полянку, которая ночью не освещается и там довольно жутковато)) в целом это пустяк, но там тусуются несколько собак и несколько раз ночью я не мог там пройти из-за них, почему то собаки решили вести себя агрессивно в те разы, это доставило много стресса, я даже пропустил из-за этого свою экскурсию.

Pros:

Very nice place calm and positive energy...staff is very polite and good person ... location is amazing ..my booking was 1 night but extended for 1 night more because of Good experience.

Pros:

We had an amazing time here. It is like a small oasis in the middle of the jungle: very calm, fresh and relaxing. Subhash was a great host and helped us with everything (scooter, taxi, etc). The room was very confortable and well equipped (AC, fridge, hot water). The price is very cheap for the area. The location is a bit remote but still walkable distance from the city center and the beach, and super fast with a scooter. Would definitely stay here again, thanks!!
