Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang. Schöne Aussicht. Ausreichende funktionale Ausstattung. Gute Verkehrsanbindung bzw. auch nur ca. 20 Min. zu Fuss ins Zentrum.

Cancellazione causa malattia

Abbiamo dovuto cancellare il nostro soggiorno causa malattia. Quindi non posso valutare il mio soggiorno.
Il giorno della partenza ho provato a chiedere se potevamo arrivare un paio di notti più tardi... se stavamo bene....ma mi è stato detto che non era possibile fare il check in il 31 o 1 gennaio... anche se io avevo pagato dal 29 dicembre fino alla notte del 2 gennaio.
Ho lasciato perdere visto che per fortuna avevo pagato un assicurazione a parte in caso di sinistri.
Sicuramente il nostro appartamento sarà stato comunque occupato i giorni seguenti visto il periodo di alta stagione incassando i soldi della mia prenotazione e anche quella degli ospiti last minute.
Peccato.

vybavenie kuchyne - chýba digestor, rúra na pečenie, kuchyňa je celkovo malá, v kúpeľni nie sú hygienické potreby, celkové vybavenie je dosť staršie

Appartamentino accogliente,ordinato, pulito gestito da Enea e la moglie persone gentili e disponibili. Parcheggio praticamente davanti la porta di casa comodissimo . In relazione ai prezzi di mercato sugli alloggi a Merano il prezzo richiesto per quello che offre è onestamente ottimo.

Cons:

Sinceramente non vorrei ripetermi per quanto richiesto non ci si può lamentare di nulla; forse dotare l' appartamento di un piccolo microonde sarebbe davvero utile.

1. Urlaubserfahrung in Meran
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und erhielten alle relevanten Infos. Gegen den 1. Durst stand eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Es wurde uns alles erklärt und gezeigt.

Cons:

Uns fehlte eine Trockenmöglichkeit für nasse Kleidung, weshalb wir den Pool nicht nutzten. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zur Straße hin, man hörte jedes Geräusch (Autos; Jogger; Arbeitende in der gegenüberliegenden Apfelplantage, die bei lauter Musik mitsingend frühmorgens ernteten).
