Bel appartement mais trop vétuste et le ménage laisse a désirer.
Pros:

Emplacement très bien,logement spacieux.

Cons:

Appartement peu propre, vétuste de la cuisine et de la plaque de cuisson, canapé défoncé. Escalier très dangereux pour les enfants.

Tellement dommage, la résidence a un beau potentiel
Pros:

Résidence Proche de Saint Florent et au calme près des vignes.
Piscine grande et agréable
Logement avec terrasse spacieux.

Cons:

Résidence très vieillissante méritant un entretien approfondi : micro ondes ne fonctionnait plus, plaques de cuisson peu performante, habillage du frigo(neuf) non fixé qui nous obligeait à ouvrir deux portes avant celle du frigo (au risque de se coincer les doigts), WC qui fuit, robinetterie piquée et rouillée, plusieurs éclairages ne fonctionnait pas (chambre 1, plan de travail, hotte), le matelas très très dur, portes de placards non fonctionnelles, chaise de terrasse cassée, canapé taché et troué

Pros:

So visited the same place the year before and liked it so much we returned
So as ia always the case the 2nd time round is never the same
1st round we had a large 4 bedroom duplex apartment this time it was a smaller 3 bed one
Don't understand why reception couldn't upgrade us to 4 bed as a sign of goodwill as those apartments were laying empty for the duration of our stay
Also the apartment we had stairs which had no hand rail so from a safety standpoint the apartment was not suitable for groups with elderly or young children
We had my father in his 80s but trying to explain and reason with a non English speaker on reception is futile
