Pros:

Las habitaciones estaban limpias, bien dotadas y listas para su uso. Estaba cerca del centro y de supermercados. En la reserva nos ayudaron con todo, incluyendo opciones de tours para hacer en familia.

Excellent séjour, souvenir inoubliable de l'ascension du Villarrica et des termes.
Pros:

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, à l'écart des axes de communication mais proche de centre ville. L'endroit est très calme.
Accueil super sympa, Raphaël et son équipe donnent de très bonnes infos (en français), notamment pour l'ascension du volcan Villaricca.
La vue sur le volcan, à l'arrière de la réception, magnifique (pas de voiture, pas de fils électriques).

Cons:

Rien de particulier, tout s'est très bien passé.

Super logement. Petit mais très bien optimisé, avec une terrasse agréable. Le lit était très confortable. Le personnel disponible pour nous renseigner. Le lieu est très calme mais très bien situé.

Everything we needed.
Pros:

Small self contained units with great facilities for 2 people. All very well maintained and spotless. Minutes walk to beach and restaurants etc.
Good facilities for simple self catering. Exceptionally friendly and helpful host.

Cons:

The bed area could be a little on the small side for some.
