It was close to riyadh metro station.
The house keeping was not good. They didn't do the house keeping after I get in the room in 3 days

No water was there when I arrived
The host didn't speak English well but was very helpful. Shop and amenities are close buy mall is in walking distance. Had a nice little balcony was a nice addition.

The location was good. Friendly staff, especially Hesham, the onsite manager.
The apartment was outdated a bit, the shower room tap was not attached properly to the washbasin and the water heater in the shower room was making clicking sounds that disturbed the sleep. The Price was higher than what it was worth.
