Amazing stay thanks to Cindy !!
Pros:

The room was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, the whole hostel is fantastic: well-maintained, cozy, and with a very welcoming atmosphere.

But without a doubt, the best part was Cindy. She is the one who manages the rooms, and her kindness and care were truly exceptional. She found us in the middle of a typhoon and made sure our stay was not only safe but also incredibly comfortable. She was always looking after us, making sure we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to help.

She treated us like her own children, which really made a huge difference during our trip. She is a wonderful person who makes this place even more special.

We highly recommend this hostel, especially because of her. We would definitely come back.

A relaxing and comfortable stay with great potential.
Pros:

The property was peaceful. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The villa had a relaxing atmosphere, which made our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

Some areas could use minor updates and improvements in maintenance. A few small details could have been better, but overall it didn’t take away from our experience.

Cons:

Well we've been there and searching Emerald for like 2 days and we couldn't find this place so we keep asking around and some people told us that it was a great and amazing Hotel without a janitor so it known as a bad review services
