Ubicado en pleno centro de Temuco, ideal para ir de paseo de compras. La cocina y baño muy bien equipados y la limpieza excelente

Cons:

No cuenta con una mesa y solo había una silla, lo que dificulta mucho que dos personas puedan desayunar en forma comoda. El departamento que nos tocó no tenia aire acondicionado, ventilador, ni cortinas oscuras para evitar la entrada de luz a la mañana, por lo que no lo eligiría para ir en época de verano.

Muy buen lugar para temuco moderno y bien ubicando se podrían mjorar detalles de confort

Depende para que vayas está en pleno centro lo cual es muy bueno para compras
Y la cochera si vas en auto fundamental ya que no se puede estacionar en la calle

Faltarían algunas cosas de confort personal
En tres días que estuve no repusieron elementos de tocador
Y la cocina se podría mejora elementos de limpieza un rollo de cocina etc cosas que siempre hay en este tipo de dtos

A clean, comfortable hotel with a kitchenette that is close to dining and shopping.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and comfortable and we liked having a small kitchenette area. It's within walking distance of excellent dining. You can walk to one of the malls in about 20 minutes. I liked being able to do our laundry, although finding enough coins for the washer and dryer was difficult. I couldn't find anyone that would give me change for my bills. I finally had to go inside a bank to enough coins. I think it might be a good upgrade to make the laundry facility useable with credit cards or at least with a change machine.

Cons:

There is no personal touch at this facility. All of your check-in is done online and you have to download an app to get in and out of the hotel. We had a car so every time we went in, I had to get out of the car and tell them that we didn't have the app. The problem with the app is that it only works on local Chilean phones. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time.
