Fatalna obsługa - Pan przez pół godziny szukał potwierdzenia rezerwacji narzekając przy okazji, że rezerwacji dokonaliśmy przez Booking.

Pokoje na 4 piętrze bez windy - wnoszenie bagażu było bardzo uciążliwe !

Wystrój, w szczególności restauracji, dość oryginalny. Osobiście nie przypadł mi do gustu.

Super milutko, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Na miejscu darmowy parking, restauracja gdzie można zjeść śniadanko. Nie ma problemu z przechowaniem sprzętu na stok, mają kupony i karnety na stoki. Pokój przestronny i wygodny, można idealnie odpocząć. Jedynie nie udało nam sie rozgryźć wielofunkcyjnego prysznica.

Wlasciciel (o ile pan na recepcji to wlasciciel) to najslabszy motyw w tym miejscu. Specjalnie zarezerwowalam większy i drozszy pokoj, mimo mniejszej ilosci osob, zeby miec balkon. Pan na recepcji powiedzial, ze nie da nam pokoju z balkonem, ze on nie wie co jest napisane na bookingu i go to nie obchodzi. W tym samym czasie na recepcji byla inna klientka, ktora tez skarzyla sie na inne oszustwa tego Pana. Jesli ktos chce miec fajny urlop i nie psuc sobie humoru juz na wejsicu to odradzam to miejsce.

Wszystko było ok. Lokalizacja dla nas optymalna, do centrum kilkanaście minut spacerem, okolica przyjemna, za drogą rzeka ,widok na góry. Pokój dzienny +sypialnia z łazienką, czysto, wygodnie. Smaczne śniadania. Właściciel uśmiechnięty ,sympatyczny facet, zainteresowany czy czegoś nie potrzeba. Pani w restauracji tez super. Przed budynkiem duży basen z jacuzzi, kto chciał to się kąpał do wieczora. W budynku spa, jacuzzi i sauny, ale trafiliśmy na upały więc sauny odpadały :) Po sąsiedzku Żabka, 200 m w prawo przystanek autobusowy. Odpoczęliśmy bardzo przyjemnie.
