Cons:

לא היתה מעלית במלון!!! לא צוין באתר של booking שאין מעלית. החדר היה בקומה 3, 30 מדרגות בין הקומות. היינו צריכים לעלות את כל הקומות עם 2 מזוודות. אנחנו אנשים בשנות ה 70 לחיינו. לא יעלה על הדעת שפרט כזה לא מצוין ברשימת המתקנים של המלון.
הטלפון לא עבד, לא היתה תקשורת עם הצוות. על כל שאלה היה צורך לעלות ולרדת במדרגות...
הכספת היתה נעולה, טופל רק למחרת אחרי שיצאנו כבר מהמלון.
המלון מקבל ציון גבוה באתר של booking. איך יתכן שלא מציינים פרט כל כך חשוב כמו זה שאין מעלית???

אמינות בתאור המלון על כל המתקנים שיש/שאין.
Pros:

החדר היה גדול ומרווח, נוח. המלון ממוקם קרוב לעיר העתיקה, לאתרים, למסעדות.

Cons:

במלון אין מעלית!!! החדר היה בקומה 3. 30 מדרגות בין הקומות... באתר של booking לא מצוין שאין מעלית. היה קשה מאוד לעלות עם 2 מזוודות לקומה השלישית. אנחנו אנשים בשנות ה 70 לחיינו. לא מתקבל על הדעת שלא מצוין שאין מעלית!!!
ביקשנו עזרה מהקבלה, עזרו עם מזוודה אחת.
הטלפון במלון לא עבד, לא היתה תקשורת עם הקבלה. היינו צריכים לעלות ולרדת במדרגות על כל שאלה.
בחדר שלנו הכספת לא עבדה. רק למחרת בשעות הבוקר המאוחרות הכספת טופלה. כבר יצאנו את המלון.
לסיכום: כשהגענו היינו בהלם מהעובדה שאין מעלית ושלא ידענו על כך.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Une carpette en piteux état, d’énormes taches partout y compris juste à côté du lit.
Le personnel pourrait être plus accueillant.
Le petit déjeuner dans le café à côté, assez moyen et très restreint.

The hotel does not have a lift, so guests are required to carry their luggage up several floors . This is a concern for families with young children and prams, as well as guests with disabilities, as they may not be able to access their rooms independently.

la nostra esperienza presso quest' hotel è stata molto positiva, posizione centrale,è sul corso principale di Varsavia, stanza nuova e tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, troverete in stanza anche un bollitore con varie tisane, bagno moderno e pulito, personale disponibile, noi avevamo bisogno di un microonde per la pappa di nostro figlio e loro si sono subito attivati. Insomma esperienza eccellente
