Decent, but not enough quality for the high price
Pros:

Good location in the centre of the city.

Cons:

This was definitely a disappointment - the hotel seemed like it was run by a hobbyist, not a hospitality professional. The staff was not engaged and did not seem to care about the quality of the service. I never got an answer to my message sent on Booking.com. There was no elevator, and we had to carry our luggage up and down the second floor. The deluxe looms were very small with very little space to move around (the superior room was better with more space). The Ubers could not get to the front of the hotel, so we got dropped pretty far away, and had to walk to the hotel - it would be good to get the tip from the hotel to get a taxi that can get you to the front of the hotel. There was no signage on the street pointing to the hotel, and it was not the easiest to find.

Pros:

Comfortable bed, Good Shower, breakfast voucher worked well with a high quality breakfast on offer. Great location

Cons:

Strange, but no soap in bathroom and small bottles of shower gel not routinely replenished, no lift (even though explanation made sense, there's still alot of climbing to be done)

Dwukrotnie zwróciłam się z prośbą o możliwość bezpłatnego anulowania rezerwacji, ponieważ Booking podpowiada taką możliwość. Liczyłam się z odpowiedzią odmowną, jednak nie otrzymałam żadnej- wypada odpisać chociaż raz. Pomimo, że ostatecznie nie anulowałam rezerwacji nie dostałam żadnych instrukcji dotyczących zameldowania, nikt nie kontaktował się w sprawie formularza meldunkowego, chociaż rezerwacja miała status "potwierdzona".

Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt vor allem wenn es nur ein Kurztrip ist.

Cons:

Die Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln war nicht sauber und für den Kapseln sollte man noch Geld bezahlen

Ottima posizione in pieno centro storico "Stare Miasto", la camera è grande e silenziosa come anche il bagno e mettotono a disposizione un bollitore con il caffeè istantaneo o tisana, nel frigo bar la possibilità di consumare altri prodotti a pagamento. Alla recepition mettono a disposizione una macchina da caffè in grani e macinato al momento gratuitamente per gli ospiti provvisto anche di cappucinatore.

Cons:

Dall'esterno non è assolutamente visibile, nè un insegna o targa l'hotel perchè necessario entrare in una sorte di corte.
Essendo un edificio storico e sporvvisto di ascensore se hai la camere al piano recepition fa tre rampe di scale, divesamente se devi salire su a piedi non è fantastico.
