Pros:

La ubicación de está buena para estar relativamente cerca del centro, pero no en pleno bullicio de gente.
Al hacer el check in en el hotel, te ofrecen llevarte en una van.

Cons:

La cocina no esta bien equipada, utensilios de cocina casi inexistentes.
Si queres tomar vino o cerveza olvidate que tenga un destapador.
No no habían dejado esponja, repasador ni trapo para la cocina.

Älskar verona, mysigt, fint och dessutom en lägenhet med väldigt nära till centrum
Pros:

God frukost, super läge! Hade lite krångel men vi löste det och fick kompensation för det så det var smidigt och super bra.

Cons:

Såg inte lika ljust ut som på bilderna. Tror rummen ser lite olika ut så vore bättre om man kunde se det när man bokar.

Im Internet wird mit falschen Fotos geworben, insgesamt heruntergekommen!

Personal freundlich, herausragende Lage

Cons:

Das gebuchte Apartment stand nicht zur Verfügung, Fotos im Internet stimmen nicht mit den Einrichtungen überein. Sehr dunkel, ungepflegt.

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche und wir können es mit Freude weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Die Schrankküche war toll !!!
Wären Geschirrhandtücher vorhanden ,hätten wir die guten ,weißen Badehandtücher nicht so beschmutzt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem individuellen und schön designten Apartment.

Wouldn’t recommend and definitely wouldn’t return
Pros:

The property was a great location. The only good thing about it. You are provided with a driver who takes you from the hotel to where you check-in to the apartment.

Cons:

On arrival we were provided with transport and the driver was not the most pleasant of people, he seemed to be in a rush and this left the experience to feel extremely rushed.

On entering the property we were met with a very unpleasant smell and the apartment was poorly lit. Neither of these things improved throughout the duration of our stay. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean with squashed bugs in the shower, mould on the upper part of the wall, and the shower curtain was a bit filthy too. The shower was also very difficult to navigate with it not really functioning i.e. the shower curtain had to be dragged all the way around and even then it made the floor extremely wet. The cabinet handle/knob for the glasses came straight off in my hand and so we were unable to access this cupboard.

All of this was compounded by the staff being extremely defensive when these issues were raised. They denied the apartment was dimly lit and the shower did not function. Not sure how they were able to make these statements without having been to the apartment. They advised that they would come and investigate the smell and the shower but given their defensive and quite frankly aggravated tone in their response, we didn’t feel comfortable having anyone coming to the apartment to address these issues. They did not respond to the glasses cabinet not being accessible.

Soggiorno piacevole in centro a Verona
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, dimensioni e gli spazi. Accoglienza perfetta.

Cons:

Cosa non mi è piaciuto è esagerato. Potrei suggerire una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo all’arrivo (anche dietro pagamento), utile se si arriva tardi alla sera.

Posizione ottima per vedere tutto il centro a piedi.

Cons:

Soggiorno dotato di divano letto non richiudibile composto da due materassi ad altezza diversa, scomodissimo. Caldaia di fianco al letto rumorosa che andava in stallo. Temperatura esterna 2 gradi. Contattata la struttura per il problema si sono offerti di portarci delle coperte dopo la mezzanotte. Con noi c’erano tre bambini. Infine impianto elettrico di fortuna e pericoloso dai piedi del letto che abbiamo dovuto rendere inaccessibile spostando il mobilio. La camera matrimoniale ed il bagno una ghiacciaia. Per il freddo abbiamo optato per non lavarci ! Infine avevamo chiesto telefonicamente per il parcheggio ed al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto cercarne uno privato nelle vicinanze dell’albergo che faceva il check in, struttura che rimane lontana dall’alloggio.
