Comfortable accommodation at a great price in the good location.
Pros:

Great value for an accommodation in the location where I need be. The room is quite large. Housekeeping is done every day and water bottles are provided every day.

Overall, it is good accommodation for the price.

Cons:

The bed sheets and pillow covers didn't look and feel fresh and they are not on their prime condition. Some stains are apparent on the bed sheet and pillow cover. There is no gym.

Highly recommended! If I go back to Surabaya, I’ll definitely consider staying here again.
Pros:

I’ve stayed in many hotels across Jawa Tengah and Jawa Timur, but I think Skysuites Residences is the cleanest and most comfortable one I’ve ever experienced. The rooms are spacious. At first, I thought it was a two-level apartment, but it actually consists of two separate floors with access between them, which made it easier for me to pass items around. The bathroom is clean, the water pressure is strong, and there are plenty of power outlets. Also the hotel has an Indomaret downstairs, which is very convenient.

Cons:

The downside is that the hotel does not have a phone in the room, so you need to contact reception via WhatsApp. This might be inconvenient for older guests. However, when I requested a bellboy at 4am, the response was quick and efficient. Kudos where credit is due.

Für uns eine gute Lösung für eine Nacht, bevor wir zum Flughafen gefahren sind.
Pros:

Raum war schön groß und okay sauber.
War relativ nah am Flughafen, für uns darum gute Lage.

Cons:

Dafür kann das Hotel selbst nichts, aber: Ich wollte bei dem Restaurant unten im Gebäude etwas vegetarisches zu essen bekommen, aber es gab nichts auf der Karte, also habe ich gefragt ob sie bei einem Gericht einfach das Fleisch weglassen könnten. Das war nicht möglich und ich wurde weggeschickt, da sie kein „vegetarisches Menü“ hätten.
Generell war es sehr schwer etwas vegetarisches dort zu essen zu bekommen. Das schien aber generell in Surabaya ein Problem zu sein und sollte man als Vegetarier oder Veganer auf jeden Fall bei einer Reise hierher bedenken!
