Cons:

Very disappointing. The host was completely unrenponsive on call and message before the stay and on check in day. Calls and messages were ignored, and no property was arranged upon arrival. Wolud not recommend.

Cons:

The owner very rude. Very bad in communicating. Already booking two weeks early but when it’s time to check in, she said there’s no room available! Never saying sorry. I already contact them a week before asking them how to check in, what the instructions but got no replies untill 30 minutes before check in and they suddenly replied that there’s no room. Nonsense

The owner +60177555808 didnt answer my call when I arrived there. Even thought I arrived was didn't follow the check-in guide from 15.00 until 21.00 but the owner have to considered that we had the festive of Hari Raya. I booked for 2 days and it was priced MYR 837.22. You are totally scammer. You took my money without using your services and facilities. I want you to refund my money

the owner was slow in responding like no answer my calls or watapps messages
the owner never email or contact me about which tower I'm staying until I need call her & waited 30min for her to response me
the owner never state the procedure of how to check in & check out hence I need to waste alot of time to figure out from the owner
the kitchen is full of ants so scary
1 toilet never replenish full toilet paper
the door is difficult to open by using the key
