the owner never email or contact me about which tower I'm staying until I need call her & waited 30min for her to response me
the owner never state the procedure of how to check in & check out hence I need to waste alot of time to figure out from the owner
the kitchen is full of ants so scary
1 toilet never replenish full toilet paper
the door is difficult to open by using the key

I was standing in-front of the hotel with my family try to reach customers care and multiple time tried house owner badly no response.
First time booked with Booking.com
Not even stayed in the hotel. Return the money back.
Beautiful unit, clean, spacious and comfortable. Bath gel and shampoo provided, good quality toilet paper, good quality towels, washer and dryer available (but dryer function did not work well despite many attempts, clothes remained wet). Lots of onsite parking
1) Communication with owner/caretaker was horrible. Had to wait a long time for check in details, info given at the very last minute and had to text and call so many times. Very annoying. 2) deposit of RM100 was insisted (banked in, not cash) despite not stated on Booking.com and I called Booking.com to confirm that they're not supposed to collect deposit as thats not the agreement with Booking.com. Deposit refund after check out took HOURS. Again, had to text and call many times before she finally refunded my deposit.
3) Flat pillows, rock hard mattress, blanket/duvet way too thin 4) could improve on the water pressure 5) location is perfect only if you want to go to Mall of Medini or Legoland (3 minutes away). Otherwise it is very far from JB city centre (20km++)

Service very bad‼️‼️ Patutnya checkin 3pm. Tapi staff tak bagi detail rumah until 5pm. Whatsapp n call tak angkat‼️barang dalam rumah banyak rosak. Takde hairdryer. No wifi. Need deposit rm200. Owner not give password mail box. Need to wait until 5pm to checkin cause owner not reply whatsapp n call
Nothing at all
The owner is making problem to refund the deposit and the app show entire apartment but they didn’t give and they make me wait till one hour and they don’t response to our call to ask password of mailbox . Till now they haven’t give refund deposit
the place located near to Legoland making it a perfect place to rent if you want to go to Legoland. Place equipped with decent facilities like pool, gym etc and equipped with security.
Host could have given complete instructions as to the exact location, advised on how to retrieve the access card to the place (how to check in basically) with clear instructions how to use the coded door.
The mattress are so hard although the pillow is good. When bookings are made it is not clear as to which house you will get. It would help if the host could identify straight as to which unit we will be renting.
Owner just informed right before checking in that there will be deposits required of RM200. It would be better deposit amount requirement to be informed when making booking so we are informed earlier.

They last minute cancel my booking , and at website still say available for the room .
Beautiful apartment with a minimalist concept.
I am very disappointed.
1. The air conditioner in the master bedroom is not functioning properly. I set it to the lowest temperature but it barely works. I had to sleep with the window open the whole time. There was no cooling at all, it felt like staying in a tent.
2. The second bedroom has no mirror or wardrobe, only a bed.
3. The customer service was very slow. I had to constantly message just to get information. Normally when I book other places, the owner will provide a PDF or clear instructions on how to enter, from the guard house to the parking lot and so on.
But overall, it was still okay. I tried to enjoy the stay even though I had to sleep in the heat.
