Consiglio questo residence, a chi vuole passare del tempo in tranquillità.
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, soprattutto pulita, biancherie profumate e ordinate, cucina completa di tutto, letti molto comodi e terrazzino molto carino in vista lago.
Posto molto tranquillo per rilassarsi.

Pros:

The apartment was modern, clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The view looking out over the lake was lovely, and only a very short stroll across the road to the beach for a swim. Access to the bikes was wonderful, riding up to Castelleto (5mins) or Brenzone (15mins) was a real highlight with the safe bike path. We took advantage of breakfast on our last morning and it was even better than expected.

Die Sauberkeit lässt noch zu wünschen übrig, aber ansonsten ist alles in Ordnung.
Pros:

Bedauerlicherweise entsprach die Sauberkeit nicht den hohen Erwartungen. Überall sind zahlreiche Spinnennetze zu finden. Zusätzlich waren die Betten niedrig positioniert und ungemütlich.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Ruhige Lage mit einem tollen Ausblick. Mit Hund super geeignet er darf auch direkt vor Ort im Gardasee baden. Nettes Personal auf Wunsch vor Ort Frühstück möglich aber auch Brötchen Service wer lieber in der Wohnung frühstücken möchte.

Pros:

Nagyon kedves szállásadó! Pazar tóra néző erkély, fedett parkoló, az egész terület igazi mediterrán, tele szép növényekkel, olajfákkal. 3 lépés a tópart. A szállásadó ingyenesen biztosít kerékpárokat, sup-ot. Minden megvolt egy tökéletes, nyugodt nyaraláshoz. A közelben van Malcezine (20perc autóval végig a tóparton), ami klasszikus olasz vízparti városka, szép épületekkel, kis utcákkal tele jó étteremmel, fagyizóval és boltokkal. Át lehet menni hajóval Limon-ba és Riva del Gardába, illetve délre a többi nagyobb településre. Valamint innen megy a felvonó a Monte Baldo hegyre! Aki nyugisabb nyaralást tervez, annak tökéletes választás! Köszönjük az élményt!

Beautiful lake views in lovely comfortable apartment
Pros:

Great views of Lake Garda. Really spacious apartment which we needed with 3 dogs. Nice, friendly staff to welcome us. Only 2 mins walk from Lake Garda.

Cons:

Bit tricky coming in and out of property on busy main road but nothing major to worry about.

Very nice place, highly recommended
Pros:

Good location. Really nice view on a lake from your own balcony.
Nice surprise that you could get fresh drinking water for free, free washing machine usage, free kayaks, sup boards and free bikes available 24/7.
The beach is 2 minutes from properly, you basically need only to cross the road and already enjoy the lake. The closest restaurants and supermarkets are also close 10-15 minutes drive.
Everything you need is in the apartment to cook for yourself. Good fridge. Was really nice to find gazer coffee maker and filter coffee maker in the apartment.
All was clean. Very good bed, highly recommended.
AC is available in the room, but it will be extra charge of 7 euro/day if you decide to use it.
The host Silvia was really nice and friendly, we have communicated in WhatsApp.
