Disappointed
Pros:

I like the location, you have many great beach places near to visit.

Cons:

The hotel is overall outdated. Rooms are pretty big and comfortable, but you get 4 forks, 2 of them twisted. Kitchen countertop is from the 90's. You don't even have a coffee pot. Air conditioning almost fell from the ceiling. There is moss on the roof which is not nice to see when you wake up and open the curtains. Beds were very uncomfortable. Every night I woke up in the middle of the bed, sunken and I weight only 74kg.
Food was so-so, very (more than 90%) similar every day. Two types of croissants, when one was out, if you didn't say anything to the staff they didn't care to bring a new batch.
For pool it is nice, but you could basically swim with the seagulls. Those and other birds are annoying when you eat outside. They steal your food ie. a bread and go to the pool with it to soak water in and then eat it. Also pigeons were in the pool.

The animator lady was on the phone with the children checking which video she would put on the screen. That took her about 15 minutes. That is something you should be prepared upfront. etc.

The sauna and gym were a great feature to the hotel.

La ubicación del hotel era buena, y la comida era buena y variada

Cons:

Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, los muebles están en mal estado. Da la sensación de que todo está un poco sucio. Había pelo en la cama. En el baño solo había un gel de ducha y jabón, nada más. No me sentí cómodo en las habitaciones de este hotel. No me gustó que el agua de la cena fuera de pago. Es decir, por la mañana el agua del desayuno es gratis, pero por la cena cuesta lo mismo que el vino. Es extraño.

Very comfortable stay with the family
Pros:

I traveled with my family, and we liked the hotel a lot. The breakfast is super good, and the location of the hotel is also very nice. The room is very spacious, ideal for the family. The dinner is also enjoyable but lacks variety. In general, we have had a very good 5-day stay.

Cons:

The facilities, such as the table tennis, the sauna, and the billiards, are good but can be improved.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Excelente hotel, apartamentos grandes muy bien equipados y amueblados. Muy buen trato y profesionalidad de todo el personal. Buenas instalaciones en general. Destaca el servicio de desayuno y cena: buffet elaborado con muy buen criterio, gran variedad, buen producto, muchos detalles, y especialmente alto nivel en la cocina.

Cons:

La ubicación es buena para las playas del suroeste pero algo alejada para recorrer la isla, aun así se compensa la distancia con la excelente relación calidad/precio de este hotel. El único inconveniente es el horario de la cena de 18:00 a 21:30h, muy descompensado en favor de los huéspedes extranjeros, más proporcionado sería de 18:30 a 22:00h.

Perspectivas altas pero no satisfechas
Pros:

Ubicación cerca del Puerto y playa.
Habitación 258 perfecta para familia de 4.

Cons:

Veníamos con unas perspectivas altas y tal vez ese fue el error. Conocíamos mucho la zona (somos de Mallorca)pero nunca nos habíamos hospedado ahí. Por fechas, es cierto, el hotel estaba medio vacío y eso debía ser positivo, pero le faltaba mucha vida al mismo.
No nos gustó la cena de la MP, además de que por lo pagado y aún en temporada baja, tener que pagar bebidas a parte.
El SPA no se puede valorar como tal, es un simple jacuzzi(con agua fría, ni poniendo 34º calentaba, y 0 toallas) de 2 personas y 1 pequeña sauna.
La animación pues nula, debido al arranque de temporada, faltaba música todo el día y en todas las zonas.
Pista de pádel cerrada, deberían informar de ello en estas fechas ya que muchos contamos con ello al no poder usar piscina por baja temperatura
